CR Smiles Dental Implant Center

I give this business a three star review for a few reasons. First off, the office is hard to get in contact with. I have called a few times, left a message with no call back. I have gotten a text “how can we help you” and replied to it, got no call or text back. I started my implant journey a little over a year ago, and am still battling with one lower post that keeps failing. Dr.Brown seems confident that we will get this post to be successful, and I hope he is right. I also gave this place 3 stars because of the fact they had to give me oral sedation medicine for my anxiety, and charge me $500 each time now. My only problem is the first few times they gave me this medicine they didn’t charge me, so why now? All in all this who thing has been quite the experience. I will be very happy once all my posts are successfully healed and these issues are resolved.

My husband's experience was a nightmare. This is a butcher clinic. After 10 dental implant attemps.1 fell out in the first year the second one fell out 3 years later. One of the implants pierced his sinus cavity and had to be removed by an oral surgeon. (4,000 $) this was all over a span of a few years. Awesome job CR Smiles!!!

Dr Brown and Dr. Chaffin are two of the best dentists I have seen. They are so caring and professional with their patients care. I had to have an implant and decided to give their office a try. The experience was phenomenal. Since then I have had to have other dental work done and they have made it so easy and seamless. These doctors and their staff definitely care about their patients. I highly recommend CR Smiles for any dental work you may need.

Everyone was friendly, kind, polite and professional. The office is a beautiful work of art and yet very comfortable. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. Explainations were concise and very clear.

Before my consult, I spoke with Spencer. I provided a detailed history of what ive been through, what I need, & explained that I'm on an extremely low income from disability. The consultation took a very long time. I saw James Chaffin. He spoke about himself & his colleague Chris Barrett and all the great things they do to help people. I get sent to see another gentleman for the quote for what I needed. I was quoted $62,000!! I receive less than $1000/ mo. I'd NEVER be able to afford that! Before we left, I was told I'd receive a follow up call within 48 hours. I left feeling extremely defeated & honestly considered taking my life. I emailed AND texted James explaining my situation as it felt like the information was never provided to him from Spencer. I'm not asking for free services. I only asked if he could accept what I could afford and if he could help change the life of someone who desperately needs it. He never bothered to respond, nor did I ever receive a follow up call 48 hours after my consult. I SO wanted to believe that this office (a teaching facility) would be the ones who would be able to generously provide a woman, wishing for normalcy with a smile she desperately needs and deserves. but, since I can't pay the over $60,000 they have opted to only offer me silence, ignoring my pleas for help.

If you are looking for a dental office that does it all, CR Smiles is the place. My situation included a whole mouth restoration and was quite complex, I chose CR Smiles because I did not have to go to 2 or more places to get the work done. Dr. Chaffin was thorough and explained the procedures well. I have 5 dental implants with a hybrid bridge on top teeth, crowns on the lower teeth and he was able to correct a severe overbite I had most of my life. Dr. Chaffin did the utmost in trying to provide the right asthetics I was looking for. Angel the lab tech, was professional and a very caring person, he interfaced with the lab on the bridge and crowns. Along with each step in the process, I was provided with temporary bridges and crowns. Truly an amazing young man who cares about his work. This work was done over a year, but you would expect that would be due to implants healing and seeding properly with bone grafts. So far so good. I also saw Dr. Brown for an appointment and he was great also. The staff are all very friendly as well. I had a recent cleaning with Lisa and that went well also. I have made one if the best decisions of my life…..going to CR SMILES DENTAL CENTER - Glendale. From my very first visit, they answered all my questions, described several different options in detail, I never felt rushed or pressured. The doctors as well as the entire staff are beyond professional, welcoming and patient. I am so very happy I choose CR SMILES DENTAL CENTER for my implants. My procedure is Monday, and I can’t wait for the smile I always dreamed of. I will post another review after my procedure but I already know I am in VERY accomplished, proficient, skilled EXPERT hands! I am so grateful to the entire staff for being so welcoming and highly recommend them if you are considering implants! You won’t be sorry you did!😊

I recently completed my initial appointment at CR Smiles. The process was fairly long however I was a bit behind schedule and was happy to be seen . Everyone was welcoming & professional. I left with a treatment plan as promised & it looks to be easier than I had anticipated. I am scheduled for a cleaning & have been accepted into the program. I am anxious to get started as it has been some time since I’ve received quality dental care. I was impressed with the fact they had made contact with my insurance & were able to tell me exactly what to expect. Overall the experience was terrific. I was encouraged to contact them with any questions. I feel completely comfortable in their care and I’d highly recommend a consultation.

From the very stepping in the front door, I was greeted by very welcoming and understanding staff. The consult doctor I talked to you was absolutely compassionate. He took a look at my case, and gave me his best referral and leveled with me on a level that I’ve never seen before and I really appreciated that The gentleman that helped me talk about how much it was gonna cost and finances and why not he was absolutely charming every single person that works in this establishment is five stars in my book.
