About Crabapple Dental: Dr. Sarah Roberts

Crabapple Dental sits at suite 110 on 12670 Crabapple Road, positioned in Alpharetta's historic Crabapple district — a neighborhood that retains a small-town streetscape within a growing Atlanta suburb. The practice is led by Dr. Sarah Roberts and operates with a clinical philosophy that blends conventional restorative dentistry with holistic treatment principles, distinguishing it from the larger group practices along Highway 9.

CAD/CAM dental restorations are central to the restorative workflow here. Computer-aided design and milling technology allows the practice to fabricate ceramic crowns, inlays, and onlays chairside in a single appointment rather than sending impressions to an external laboratory and fitting patients with provisionals for one to three weeks. For patients who have had a crown procedure before and remember the multiple-visit tempo, same-day milling is a significant practical difference.

Sedation dentistry — oral conscious sedation, typically a benzodiazepine prescribed before the appointment — is offered for patients who experience significant anxiety, a strong gag reflex, or who simply prefer to minimize the subjective experience of longer procedures. This option also makes it feasible to consolidate multiple treatment needs into fewer, longer sessions, which many busy patients prefer to repeated short visits.

Sleep apnea treatment using mandibular advancement devices is on the service list, reflecting a cross-specialty awareness that general dental practices are often the first clinical contact for patients with undiagnosed obstructive sleep apnea. A mandibular advancement device repositions the lower jaw and tongue to maintain airway patency during sleep — an effective alternative for patients with mild-to-moderate OSA who cannot tolerate CPAP therapy.

Full mouth rehabilitation capability at this address means the practice can manage patients whose oral health has declined significantly — cases involving multiple missing teeth, extensive decay, periodontal disease, and compromised bite mechanics — through coordinated treatment phasing rather than piecemeal referrals. Implant placement, braces, and Invisalign are all in scope, meaning orthodontic alignment can be incorporated into a rehabilitation sequence without transferring care to another provider.

TMJ/TMD treatment, periodontal care, and preventive hygiene round out a service profile that skews toward complex cases. For patients in the Crabapple, Milton, and North Alpharetta corridors who want a single-address provider capable of handling their family's entire dental arc — from a child's first ortho consult through an adult's implant-supported prosthetic — Crabapple Dental's clinical scope and Crabapple Road location work well together.

I have been seeing Dr. Roberts since I moved to Georgia in 2018. She managed my Invisalign and has been phenomenal. I regularly receive compliments on my smile since completing the Invisalign, which is lovely considering it was getting kind of Austin Powers-y. Her office staff is really nice, and I have had good experiences with all the hygienists there. We are very happy with the care we receive at Crabapple Dental, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental provider in the Milton/Alpharetta area.

Dr Knight and the entire practice are so kind and professional. I am new to the area and had not found a dentist when I started getting a lot of dental pain. Dr Knight did a very thorough examination and diagnosed my issue right away. I am so thankful for everyone.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and have only positive things to say. First of all, it’s the most thorough cleaning I have received in years. Also, everyone is so kind and cheerful. You can tell that all of the employees are happy to be there. But lastly, most importantly, Dr. Roberts has taken so much time and care with my Invisalign. She really strives to make her patients’ happy and has gone above and beyond to refine my teeth. I recently had two of my bottom teeth bonded and they look amazing! You can tell that her knowledge and continuing education have given her an edge in the industry. Honestly, I just can’t say enough about this practice.

I had a tooth causing me significant pain and needed help fast. Dr. Sarah Roberts saw me the very next day — which, if you've tried to get a new patient appointment anywhere lately, you know is nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming — bright, cheerful, and beautifully decorated. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Dr. Roberts performed a crown procedure with skill and care. She explained each step clearly so I always knew what to expect, and the entire experience was far more comfortable than I anticipated. The result was flawless. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. I recommend Crabapple Dental without hesitation to anyone in need of dental care. And from one former Hoosier to another — thank you, Dr. Roberts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently saw Crabapple dental advertised in my Church bulletin. I had just lost a filling and needed a new dentist. When I called for an appointment, they took me in the same day to assure I didn’t cause more damage. Dr Robert’s is the owner but that day I got Dr Stuart Knight as my dentist. From the moment he started to talk I knew a got a great dentist. His chair side demeanor is fantastic. I was very comfortable from start to finish. Dr knight is very skilled and extremely professional. After he repaired my filling he told me that I needed a repair on my crown. He removed the crown and cleaned all the baseline decay that developed. Dr Knight worked with an assistance with the name Amanda. She made the acrylic temporary tooth. Great team together. I was very comfortable from start to finish. Dr Knight and Amanda exceeded my expectations. I was definitely in good hands and look forward to more professionalism from this team. Thanks for all you do

I’m a new patient at the practice, but so far I’m a big fan! I found everyone to be very helpful and friendly, and the office is very nice and clean Their initial consultation and cleaning was super thorough and in-depth, like I’ve never had before. Happy to have found a dentist that I actually want to come back to.
