What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of compassion and humanity shown by the staff. I was clearly in pain and only asking for a simple cut the excess wire to relieve the discomfort and pain i experienced, yet no one showed any willingness to help or even express concern for my condition. Patients deserve to be treated with care, respect, and empathy, especially when they are suffering. This was the worst clinic experience I have ever had. (They don’t have a sense of Humanity) I came to the clinic on June 15, 2026, to ask for help removing an excess wire from my braces because it was causing me significant pain. I arrived at approximately 8:25 PM, and there was no sign indicating that the clinic was closed. There were more than six staff members present, but instead of helping me or finding a solution, they kept refusing my request. One Filipino boy initially told me he would help and asked me to wait in another room. However, when I go there he again told me he wil remove the excess wire, but again the girl named tina as per the receptionist. she’s the only Filipino girl nurse who i encountered most attitude. she doesn’t want to tell where the cutter she telling they remove already .im at the clinic who will believe that all their thing they will bring in there home. She called her self nurse but refuse assist their patient . Despite explaining that the wire was hurting my gums and causing discomfort l, no one seemed concerned about my condition. The same staff member later lme that he was the owner of the clinic, but even then, no action was taken to assist me. Instead, they simply advised me to use orthodontic wax “gum”. I already have a new kit and know how to use it. If wax could solve the problem, I would not have gone to the clinic seeking professional help. What makes this even more disappointing is that I recently paid for a new set of braces from this clinic. Only one week after having them fitted, I experienced this issue and was treated with a lack of care, concern, and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated and the poor level of patient care I received.

Untrained work

Shame that I have to post this but the quality of work has significantly gone down over the years. Got my teeth done here 3 years ago and Dr. Yim was great but recently, I scheduled my mum for a filler the 1st procedure took 5 minutes and of course as you can imagine it chipped after a week so she went back the 2nd time and the filler chipped again after 2 weeks. I tried scheduling for the 3rd time but unfortunately, the messages on whatsapp was a bit impolite sounding that they almost does not want you to come back. So we didn't bother and went for to another clinic. It is cheap they say but you also get what you pay for. Hope this feedback helps with the quality and service that this clinic gives. cheers!

Had a wonderful dental visit and I highly appreciate Dr. Christine Saju George and Dr. Annaleah Delos Santos Yim who were both incredibly skilled and made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. A big shoutout also to receptionist Renz Vite as well—warm, welcoming, and super organized. Highly recommend this dental clinic and will definitely come back again.

My brace journey has consisted of getting scammed from a previous dentistry to fixing my smile in just one year. Dr. Gupta in general has got to be one of the best orthodontists that I’ve met from my experience. She’s very reassuring, gets the job done perfectly, and an overall skilled orthodontist. Today I’m so scared to go to dentist- (who will not be a different doctor and so on is in my mind) haha Injection and so all but then it was all for nothing. I only came for extraction but I did also cleaning, so exceptional. I’m so satisfied also the price it’s good, Thank you so much Dr. Christine Saju George I felt nothing and really I’m comfortable.. Had a great experience! Kabayan Doctors are friendly and accommodating. Hands are so gentle that I didn’t even feel my molar being extracted.
