Creekside Dental

I think Dr. Ross is great. But im upset about how long it takes them to get you back in. Dr. Ross will say come back in 2 weeks and then the lady making the appts gives you a 5 week appt. I was there they other day for a root canal to be finished from weeks before. And I have a tooth that is hurting really bad, can't sleep for the pain was given a appt for 22 days later! REALLY That's with me hurting, I guess they want me to find another denist to take care of it. She just stated he doesn't have an opening. They should be able to work someone in that's hurting. I told her that they should be able to see someone in an emergency. You could tell she didn't care! Dr. Ross seems to care but his staff has a long way to go, they are there for the job not the patient and it's obvious.

As someone that is not a fan of going to a dentist thanks to major dental issues...I would recommend Creekside hands down. They explained everything, the next steps, laid out my options, and made my next appointment.

Staff was nice but when they found out my husband needed oral surgery they said they couldn't do it but would make the partial plate. Wouldn't give us a referral to oral dentist until we paid 2,000.00 for plate.

Doesn't accept medicaid through the dhhr. Girl who i talk to was very nice tho. If I had a different way of paying I'd definitely try it.

I have been going to Creekside for a few years now. I chose the office simply because it is close to home and work. But I can’t imagine going anywhere else now! Trish the hygienist is fabulous. She makes you feel at ease right away. Dr. Ross is a sweetheart, he always has something interesting to say& he always makes me chuckle. If you have to have more extensive work beyond just a cleaning he will ask if you are okay and even give you little breaks if the work is taking a while. Everyone from reception to practitioners are kind and professional! Highly recommend Creekside Dental!
