About Crossroads Dental
Based on North Mesa Street in El Paso, Texas, Crossroads Dental is a dental practice serving the area. Cosmetic dentistry covers treatment aimed primarily at appearance — whitening, veneers, bonding, and reshaping among the more common options — for patients who are less concerned with a problem that hurts than with how their smile looks day to day. The right combination depends on what specifically you would like to change.
A crown covers an entire damaged tooth — used when too much structure is missing for a filling to hold reliably, whether from a large fracture, extensive decay, or after root canal treatment. It restores both the shape and the biting strength of the tooth underneath.
Sedation dentistry uses inhaled, oral, or intravenous options to help patients relax through treatment, ranging from nitrous oxide for mild anxiety through to deeper sedation for longer or more involved procedures. It is commonly used for patients who have avoided the dentist for years due to fear.
Professional teeth whitening uses a peroxide-based gel, applied under supervision at a strength stronger than anything sold over the counter, to lift years of staining from coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco. It works on natural enamel only — existing crowns, veneers, and fillings keep whatever shade they were made in.
A family dental practice sees a range of ages under one roof, which for most households means fewer separate appointments across different offices. It typically covers routine checkups and restorative treatment for both children and adults, with referrals out for anything requiring specialist training.
Full mouth rehabilitation is comprehensive treatment that rebuilds the function and appearance of most or all of the teeth, combining several procedures in a planned sequence rather than treating one tooth in isolation. It typically suits patients with extensive wear or long-neglected dental problems affecting the whole bite. All the ladies were fantastic. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist. This has by far been the best visit to a dentist… ever! I’ve already recommended Crossroads Dental to my other friends.
I had the best experience at Crossroad Dental! I am afraid of the dentist and will avoid going if I can, but the comfort that I felt there took the anxiety/fear away. The facility is clean and safe! When you enter they take your temperature and ask you COVID-19 questions. On top of that they have a therapy dog!!!!!!!!!! :) :) (he only comes to your if you request him). Best news ever! Their therapy dog made me feel at ease. He relaxed me and took my mind off the procedure. I felt ZERO pain! What I felt was going to be an hour procedure felt like 5 minutes, thanks to Scamp. He's seriously the best and I sincerely recommend going there if you're afraid and if you're an animal lover. I have found a new dentist for life!! Scamp you rock!!!
I wish I could give more stars!! ****** I have been terrified since my horrible experience with Dr. B. She and her staff were extremely patient with me. Dr. Wolf explained everything to me. I opted for the comfort dog the first day. (I was terrified to be there). Scamp just chilled with me far below the bib. I never felt pain. Just the normal discomfort of the tools. The office and bathrooms are clean. I really have a new lease on going to the dentist! The staff was extremely pleasant, esp. Martha. I never heard profanity's. Thank you for giving me back my confidence with my smile! ☺
IF ever i have had an problem with my dental work, Candace has always been there for me. When I was frightened over the prospect of losing several teeth, she was there to calm me and explained every detail with me. Her dogs are sweet but they don't roam around. The clinic is always clean and she has NEVER EVER used foul language around me after 20 years as her patient Her postdoctoral are always sweet and happy to see me. I've always had a great experience with Candace and her practice.
I have a disabled daughter with a brain tumor along with many other health impairments. Dr. Wolfe showed such compassion and kindness due to her chipping her front tooth. She even brought out one of her gentle dog's to help her with her anxiety. Her office and rooms are very clean. I didn't appreciate the remarks concerning the dogs being in the office...first they aren't running around loose and until u have a mentally disable child you would learn and be more undserstanding...thats why some disabled people have service dogs. Don't judge before you have walked in their shoes and think before you speak!! My daughter is willing to go back for a cleaning.....that is a BIG STEP FOR HER!! She is such a blessing!
