I had a great experience at this dental office. The office was very clean, and the staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They thoroughly explained everything before my procedure, which helped put me at ease. The doctor and staff were all very kind, professional, and caring. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming here for all my future dental care and highly recommend this office to others!

Been going to Crossroad Dental for about 1-2 years. I live about 30 minutes away but even though it’s a bit of a drive my family and I like going here. All of the staff are so nice and they are very accommodating. I have TMJ and I have a hard time opening my mouth for extended period of time. On my recent visit a few days ago, the hygienist and dentist were great! They were very gentle, always asking me if I am ok during the cleaning, and periodically asks if I need a break. It’s the staff who makes this dental office great!

I had a wonderful experience at this office.The front desk staff were very welcoming from the start, they were all friendly and knowledgeable. When I called in to get information and schedule my first appointment, the staff members were patient with me and answered all my questions. The hygienist was kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Chen was kind and seems to really care about his patients. He made conversation with me entire time, and it helped ease the anxiety I felt about going to the dentist. He made sure my experience was positive. Alicia who is part of the office staff was very nice. She was able to answer question I had about insurance and payments.

Dr. Chen DDS is amazing! He is always consistent, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. One thing that really stands out is how he takes the time to ask about your personal life and remembers details from previous visits, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and welcoming. You can tell he truly values building relationships with his patients, not just rushing through appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Chen and his team for anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist!

This was actually the best dental visit experience I’ve had as an adult. Everyone here was so kind and knowledgeable. My hygienist Nihad was probably the best hygienist I’ve come across in my dental experience. He gave so much education about how to brush my teeth a certain way to prevent more gum recession. He answered all my questions too without any judgement. Dr. Chen was also so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked to me about things about my bite/teeth that I literally never knew about or heard of from previous dentist’s, or maybe they didn’t notice or care to explain to me in depth in the pastAnd Sani my xray tech was so patient and understanding. I’d literally recommend all my family members to come here.

Had an excellent experience at this dental office, And I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Sanaz, the dental assistant. She was absolutely amazing, kind, patient and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly , checked in on my throughout the visit, And genuinely made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell she truly cares about patients, not just doing her job, but doing it well. Her positive energy and professionalism made me huge difference in my experience. The office is clean, well organized, and runs smoothly, which made the appointment stress-free. If you are someone who gets nervous at the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. They really know how to make you feel at ease. Highly recommend this dental office.

I must start off this review with the disclaimer that I was offered to have the teeth whitening procedure (one I had requested of my own accord) comped in exchange for this review. I was *not* asked to provide a specific rating, and I was not asked to say anything specific. I have been going to Crossroads Dental since it was at its old location. It has recently moved to Sand Canyon and has new staff. That being said, I feel the level of care and service the team provides is that same high-level of care that I received at the old location. I go to my regularly scheduled cleanings and check-ups; the dentist and hygienist have been very thorough in going over my x-rays with me and explaining how I can take better care of my teeth and gums. The office has asked me to reschedule an appointment once, but the receptionist team was very kind, apologetic, and understanding that my schedule can be quite rigid. I leave every appointment happy with the service I received.
