Why was my experience 5-star? I received timely text reminders. I arrived early and was seen early and my hygienist was professional, friendly, and thorough. She explained what she was about to do. The dentist was warm and professional. He read my x-rays and we discussed my options. My next appt was made. The front office staff greet their customers with pleasant smiles.

Having used Crossroads Family Dental for over 5 years for my dental care and receiving very good quality and professional results I decided to use them for my bridge replacement work. Here are the results. Feb 2 - 26, Removed old bridge, made impression for new one, and installed temporary bridge. Feb 19 - 26, Appointment to attach new bridge, much to white. Dentist suggested I pay to have my other teeth bleached to match. I requested that they order another bridge that is the correct color. Mar 10 - 26, Appointment canceled by dentist, said new bridge was wrong. Mar 31 - 26, Another bridge in the wrong color. Apr 13- 26, Bridge wrong color. May 4 - 26, Bridge is the correct color but did not fit. May 26 - 26, Another bridge wrong color, I told them I had no confidence in their abilities to ever get it right. I'm finding a competent dentist to finish. May 27 - 26 Looking for a new dentist.
