Zee was really sweet and reassuring and gentle all throughout the cleaning, even with a problem area that was really sore. They were also able to fit me in the same day for a filling and the whole process was really quick and painless (relatively speaking)

If I could give 6 stars I would. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. As someone with pretty severe dental anxiety, the whole team could not have been better to work with - they are nice, understanding, professional, and really do a great job of making you feel comfortable. They are also very straightforward with the pricing of different procedures and show you exactly what it will be BEFORE doing it. All around 10/10 - legitimately could not be a better experience with a dentist.

Overall fine experience. I had a different hygienist every time I went which made it hard to build any sort of familiar relationship. My second to last appointment unfortunately made me lose trust in the skill levels of the team because she seemed unsure about what she was doing on my teeth and had to be told by the Dentist to go back and finish properly cleaning. The Dentist herself is very professional and knowledgeable. However, I’ve seen her 3 times over the last year and a half, I feel that she doesn’t seem to care much about learning who her patients or asking how were actually doing. Personal preference, but I do prefer for my doctors to at least care a little. I think the true kicker is that at my second to last appointment they asked if I wanted an optional add on for something with my teeth and I declined and they were fine with my answer. However, at my final visit they asked again and I declined as well but when I questioned the service and how I had never heard of it I got slightly lecture regarding the history. I was also told if any dentist isn’t offering you these services it’s a red flag and some slight stuff regarding insurance conspiracy. When leaving I checked out and they actually didn’t even offer to set up a follow up appointment. I actually don’t mind not setting up a follow up appointment because I wasn’t going back but thought the timing was very very odd. With all that being said, they do a fine job and are professional. I won’t be back because I don’t trust the individuals working on my teeth but I may have just gotten unlucky.

My experience in going to the Crossroad Family Dentistry, was friendly and inviting. I found that the Doctor, and her entire staff were a professional team that cared about their Patients. It was the very first time ever going to the Dentist where I all most fell a sleep in the dental chair. I did not know that the hygienist was working in my mouth. She was just that good! I look forward to my next appointment. If you are considering changing or you are looking for a new Dentist, may I suggest Crossroad Family Dentistry. It would be an EXCELLENT choice.

My 1st appointment and I was very late but I was still able to be seen. Arrielle was very kind and patient with me as I was slow in getting around with my cane. She explained the x ray procedure to me and then introduced me to the Dr. My memory fails me with her name but she did not fail to impress me with her professional demeanor and her knowledge of what type of treatment that I needed. I was given some choices regarding my insurance which I appreciated. All in all, my first dental visit went better than I had expected. Visiting a dentist has never been on the top of my list.

Dr. Farooq is so fabulous and patient! I was also particularly happy with dental hygienist Addie who was gentle and kind! Front desk staff are also super friendly and helpful!

Excellent practice! Came here because of a less than satisfactory experience and hit the jackpot! The entire staff is extremely friendly, kind, and attentive. Really appreciated the professionalism and expertise of Dr Farook and her hygienist. They listened and respected my 95 year old mother’s wishes and gave thorough explanations of their recommendations. I highly recommend this practice!!
