I had a great experience at Crown Point Orthodontics! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The office was clean and organized, and everyone was very professional. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!

I love all the worker, there are sometimes when the wait is long; but there is actually nothing better than a good relationship with your orthodontist. They are all so nice, and it’s really close to like literally anything. I could go somewhere before or after, and they are always really flexible with the schedule.

Do not go here! If I could give zero stars I would. In the beginning things were fine and treatment was great. Customer service was great. It was not until we got well into our treatment plan, we started to see the change in care and communication. Eventually our previous orthodontic doctor left the practice and we had to be seen by someone else for the remainder of the treatment plan. Affordable is not always the way to go because you will definitely get what you pay for here.

The front desk staff is consistently rude. Phone calls and voice mail messages are almost never returned. We recently moved and had a change in insurance. The office keeps giving me the run-around about completing the transfer form for my daughter. It's clear that they do not make it easy to transfer care from there. My daughter's orthodontic care has been delayed because of it.

Very disappointed with the receptionist and customer service. It takes a long time for anyone to answer the phone, and when they do, they seem unwilling to help or follow up. I sent important documents by email and had to keep calling because nobody confirmed they received them. Later they said the email was in spam, but still nobody called me back as promised. Communication is very poor and unorganized. Because of the front desk experience, I decided to go to another orthodontist office. The doctor was nice during the visit, but the customer service needs major improvement.

Recommended this business to some friends and they had nothing but great things to report back. The staff was caring and very personable. The receptionist asked all the necessary questions to help make the experience that much more enjoyable

The receptionist’s service was extremely poor. She even told me to go to another office, which I find completely unacceptable—especially after we have already started my daughter’s orthodontic treatment at your clinic. It is unbelievable to receive this kind of treatment after placing our trust in your office for such an important process. Crown Point Orthodontics is amazing! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and truly trustworthy. I recently relocated from out of town and was at the end of my treatment — they got me in and had my braces removed with retainers the same day. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

Angelica was amazing! She made the whole process of getting my braces off super easy and comfortable. She was gentle, friendly, and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My teeth feel and look great—thank you, Angelica! 💖

My son was referred to this orthodontist by his current dentist (Six Sigma Dental) for braces. It was not too far away from our home and located in the same business center where the Social Securtity administration office is located. They do have parking spaces in front of the building, and it's never been super busy or packed when we have gone. The employees are super nice every time, and the receptionists are super nice and knowledgeable. We always arrive about 15 minutes early to our appointments and always seen on time. The Dr. is super knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you understand completely, and even if you have questions, she is very patient and answers the question until you fully understand. This last time we went, my son got his top braces put on, and the process was super simple. My son was super nervous, but after he stated, "That was easy." They made him feel comfortable and went through all the after care instructions thoroughly. Definitely recommend them for any orthodontist services.
