Dr. Alicia Galvan and assistant Sandy were AWESOME! A different crew I had for my temp crown but these ladies were on top of every detail in my file and knocked out my permanent crown in what seemed like no time at all! They were both super friendly and kept me informed during every step of the way! You guys make a great team! Thanks for the care today!
Staff is rude with no phone etiquette. I didn’t even go to my appointment, was called day of appointment by a very short response lady about my insurance, then was told they were still going to charge me an out of pocket for a routine cleaning. Do better, was able to book with Culebra Smiles down the road same day and they didn’t charge me out of pocket for a routine cleaning and exam. Staff needs to be trained better on phone etiquette and how insurance works.
Every staff member I encountered was kind, courteous, kind and making me very comfortable. They were all smiles. I found a great team. I will be going back for my dental needs!! 😁👍😎👍😁

My Visit went well yesterday(Monday). Erlean is a people person, very pleasant, while I was waiting for Sandra (Hygienist) to call me. Erlean had a proffesional voice on the phone. Sandra went over what she was going to do. Thanks for a wonderful visit. I'll be back in 4 months 🫠
I’m glad I found Culebra North Dental. Friendly, excellent care and conveniently located. Thank you to Dr. Galvan for taking the time to explain my treatment, to Yvonne for taking my x-rays, Arlene for making it easy to set up appointments, and Sandra for taking care of my teeth. I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends.
I've been going here for years no major issues. But now they have a new dentist and appear to be under new management. Their priorities were first, my insurance and second a marketing survey. Nothing happens until both those things are fulfilled. They literally refused to clean my teeth if I didn't participate in a marketing survey first. I left unserved as I do not want to be browbeat into buying stuff I don't need. The new people don't care about you. They don't care about your teeth. They care only that you can pay and about what extras they can sell you.
