Rude lady at front office (Sheryl or Cheryl) trying to warn people of her bad behavior! she runs the office and makes decisions for the dentist. she told me different than what he did and wanted me to switch dentist. she said she used to work for another doctor who didn't recommend my dentist! very unprofessional

Althouth wearing braces isn’t very fun I loved Dr. Brown and his staff (patty was always my favorite assistant). I surprisingly always looked forward to my next appointments and seeing my progress. Highly recommend!
I could not be more pleased with my experience at Cumberland Orthodontics! During my 17 months of treatment I received nothing but the most professional courtesy from Dr. Brown and his staff. The whole environment of the clinic is incredible, and the little extras (coffee, cookies, games for kids, goodie bags, t-shirt, K-LOVE on the sound system, etc.) send it right over the top for me. The wait times are extremely brief, and the staff could not be any nicer. Dr. Brown is one of a kind: he has a great personality, is extremely knowledgeable, and will graciously answer every single question you have. I look forward to every follow-up visit from here on. The best part is--my teeth look awesome!

Dr. Brown and his staff are wonderful. I feel very informed about my treatment, and I am right on track for a beautiful smile! I was experiencing bite problems and crowding that were concerning to me due to chewing problems. Dr. Brown is fixing my issues. It’s amaxing to see the progress in a few short months.
