My journey with custom dental began in Nov. 2025, while I was staying with my mom after her surgery. I woke up in pain, lets be honest tooth pain is the worst. I called Custom Dental, they had an available appointment that day. I went in, knowing the tooth would have to be removed. The exam was done, images were taken, and Dr. Nail comes in to consult. He gives me my options and I decided that a removal and implant would be best for my situation. I was expecting that I would book another appointment to come back in for the work, like most other offices. Much to my surprise when I said, "so nothing will be done today?" Dr. Nail said oh no, we will get started today. We will remove the offending tooth, then do the bone graft for the implant. I was so happy! When the work began, they made sure I was comfortable and wasn't in pain. Later that evening my phone rang, it was Dr. Nail. He personally called to check on me and how I was feeling after the surgery. That is something that just doesn't happen in the times we're living. I just went back on Feb. 11th 2026, everything had healed perfectly, they took the measurements of the space so the crown can be made. I will go back in in March for the crown to be placed. I would highly recommend Custom Dental, the team are friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Nail is hands down the best dentist i have ever had. I feel blessed to have found this office.

They done an Amazing 👏 for my daughter! Very accommodating to her, gave her a blanket to calm her, went the extra mile to keep her calm. Teresa did a wonderful job on her cleaning. Got everything we came for taken care of! Will definitely be returning. Lovely staff!
