Very professional always on time
Very Friendly and professional. Takes good care of customers. Short wait times. Highly recommended.
“I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Gonzalez and the entire team. Diana, who made my temporary teeth, was incredible she paid attention to every little detail and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. The customer service was honestly top-tier from start to finish, even booking was super easy. I’m already obsessed and so excited for my veneers next week—so happy I chose this office.”
I had a crown placed at Daily Smiles in Pembroke Pines in April 2024. In January 2026, I went to a different dentist and was informed that the crown had been placed incorrectly. I returned to Daily Smiles to address the issue, expecting some level of accountability for the original work. Instead, I was told they no longer accept my insurance and that the “warranty” on the crown had expired, meaning I would be fully responsible for the cost to fix a mistake that was not mine. I find this extremely unfair and disappointing. Dental work is expensive, and patients trust providers to do it correctly the first time. Standing behind your work should not depend on insurance status or an arbitrary warranty when the problem is improper placement. I filed a complaint with the board. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.
They are the best ! Very professional, attentive, and soo nice. I definitely recommend you go here !
Don’t let the old mall fool you. These guys are the best! I don’t know how to accurately describe the office but it’s really different in a great way! You don’t have the normal stuffiness. They are busy but there never seems to be much of a wait. They have adapted some of the new technology that’s out there and it makes the visit just a bit easier and more enjoyable. One time I needed some work done and the whole team stayed overtime to take care of me. Definitely customer oriented!
