Excellent service from Timothy and nurse, step by step explanation of procedure putting you completely at ease, stops throughout the procedure asking if your ok. Very pleased with the overall experience l received at Dale House Dental Practice. Very friendly reception staff who make you feel very welcome and a very clean enviroment. Tim Greatholder was my dentist and made it easy to understand the whole process from start to finish and really made sure that you are comfortable. Lovely and accommodating staff - made space for me to change my baby as the toilet was quite small. Made sure I was fine carrying car seat upstairs. Dental work was brilliant. Doctor talked me through stage by stage. Kept checking I was Ok and again being accommodating if I needed to get up and check on baby when he was getting fussy.

This morning I had to return to have a crown replaced after many many years. I am an extremely anxious patient. Tim was amazing from my first visit to get the impression done he has treated me with care and kindness. I can honestly say that apart from a minute of discomfort when he did the two injections I felt nothing. He kept me informed throughout the 30 minute procedure today - telling me not to hesitate to raise my hand if I wanted a little break. His dental nurse was lovely and gentle. The receptionists as always are really friendly and kind. Tim is an amazing dentist . Thank you to all the above mentioned - you are all wonderful
