Not all dental offices are the same. Love Dasling Dentistry. The Receptionist has a great voice and pleasant, welcoming aura. The Hygienists and Dental Assistants are thorough and kind. I have been treated by both Dentists and they are always confident & competent and communicate clearly. Yes, you have to be a thoughtful and prepared consumer. Know your plan and its limits, watch for overselling, and be careful not to buy anything you cannot easily afford (same thing with buying a car, btw). But if you work in partnership with Daling Dentistry, you will be in good hands

I have severe PTSD when it comes to going to the dentist, but not at Dasling Dentist! I feel safe, heard and understood. Dr. Anderson is not only an excellent dentist but a compassionate and caring individual that took the time to understand my fears and help me overcome them. I won’t go anywhere else!

I’m so glad I finally visited! My only wish is that I had discovered them sooner. Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home as a new patient. Kayla was both efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Anderson is such a pleasure to talk to; she was very upfront, honest, and gave me a clear understanding of the issues and how to fix them to prevent future problems. Dasling Dentistry is consistently great. I have a horrible anxiety when it comes to dentists and working on my teeth. But everyone is so consistently nice even when I make grumpy anxious comments. They are helpful and kind from the front of the house to the Dr. The issue from previous Dentist have been resolved in the last 4 years of being a patient. I’m so glad someone recommended them to me and I trusted them enough to give them a try. I love their practice but only try to see them only 2x a year.

Today was my first visit to Dasling Dentistry in Charlotte and it was truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were so welcoming and kind, they even wished me a Happy Black History Month, which made me feel seen and proud to support a Black-owned practice. There was barely any wait time, and my hygienist Kayla was AMAZING. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel super comfortable the entire appointment. They completed a full perio charting (something I had never had done before), and I really appreciated how detailed and educational the visit was. Dr. Swain, the owner, took the time to answer all of my questions and debunk some TikTok dental trends, explaining what’s actually safe and healthy for your teeth, which I loved because there’s so much misinformation out there. They also talked me through Invisalign and helped me understand how it could support my smile goals, give me les cheek biting and clenching issues, which made me feel really confident about moving forward. I even received a take-home folder with helpful information, which shows how much they truly care about patient education and their patients’ overall experience.
