Excellent experience as a new patient of Dr. Herald. At check-in, Stephanie was very warm and welcoming. Sarah, the hygienist was kind, gentle and thorough. Rachel completed my dental chart and identified previous work done. When Dr. Herald came in, he suggested a treatment plan while providing options so I could make an informed decision. The office was very clean and had great equipment. I definitely would recommend Dr. David Herald DDS.

I called to ask about teeth cleaning prices. The woman who answered gave me the price for a standard cleaning, but when I asked about the cost of a deep cleaning, she couldn't give me a concrete answer. I mentioned that I was looking for the best price because another clinic had quoted me an exorbitant amount. Immediately after that, she told me they weren't accepting new patients at the moment. When I asked when they might be able to take new patients, she said she didn't know. At that point, I lost all interest in dealing with them. It was very rude and unprofessional. I wasn't asking for a price down to the last cent—just a rough estimate. Surely, you can provide someone with a general price list; after all, you do this every day. It’s like going to a massage therapist and asking the price, only to have them say it depends on how thick your skin is or the size of your back. A terrible experience; I’ll never call them again.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. David Herald and his entire team. From start to finish, the care was both highly professional and genuinely thoughtful. The X‑ray staff was gentle and efficient, the entire dental team attentive and skilled. My hygienist, Taylor, provided one of the most thorough yet comfortable cleanings I’ve ever had, she was wonderful throughout my visit! Stephanie, the office manager, made everything seamless with her warm, organized approach. This is a practice that truly cares about its patients, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend.

I had my first appointment with Herald Dentistry today and I highly recommend! I’ve never had a more thorough and professional examination. Britany the hygienist gave me the most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever had. Today was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend Dr Herald and his awesome team to anyone!

Dr Herald is an experienced, skilled, gifted dentist. He and his staff listen to their patients to determine effective care solutions. He chooses great staff for the front office, hygienists, and assistants. They give you their best each and every day. So glad we found them!💖

My recent visit was my 2nd after having cleaning and exam one month earlier - which was very well done by Machelle. I needed a crown replacement. Dr. Herald is quite pleasant and proficient. He allowed me to pass on the Novocain. His equipment is state of the art compared to my previous dentist. I asked at the end for sandblasting and a patch at the top edge of a lower front tooth. He did that quite nicely and for a very reduced price as I was already paying for the expendables and other!
