Dr Steven and Staff provides excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere, very clean environment. The staff makes you feel comfortable while Dr Steven explains in great detail the work that needs to be done. He’s very soft spoken and compassionate. I was able to get an appointment right away, the day after I called. The office staff and dental assistants were all very friendly, helpful and put me at ease right away. Dr. Davis explained each step of the procedure he recommended and let me know what to expect as far as pain and healing following the procedure. I felt comfortable and at ease every step of the way. The check in process was good and the atmosphere was good and the decor in the waiting room was cheerful and comfortable. The office staff was helpful and polite. I didn't have to wait very long before I was seen for my appointment. As I listened to Dr Davis with his assistant in the examination room during my evaluation, I was able to hear them communicate between each other, that they are well educated in the field of Periodontal care and that he is very efficient in his practice. Dr Davis explained to me about the questions I had about my teeth and how long the procedure would possibly take and what steps to take next.
