From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, which immediately created a calm and positive atmosphere. The tooth extraction procedure was handled with exceptional care. The Dr. Armin Abron was kind, patient, and highly attentive throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain each step and ensure my comfort. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well cared for before, during, and after the appointment. I truly appreciated the level of professionalism, clear communication, and genuine concern shown by both the clinical and administrative staff. It is evident that patient comfort and quality care are top priorities at this practice. I received dental implants from DC Perio and Implants in 2023. I paid my bill in full upfront with my debit card and was given a zero balance invoice showing everything was paid. A month later, I got a surprise bill for $24. When I called, the staff confirmed it was a mistake, said my insurance would cover it, and told me not to worry. But I kept getting the same letter for months, each time I called, each time the same story, “you are fully paid and we’ll contact insurance.” Now in 2025, I’m still receiving letters and emails threatening collections for this same $24 that was never my responsibility. The new admin staff are even accusing me of lying, despite proof I paid in full. If they can do this to someone who already paid and has receipts, they can do it to you too. I truly regret ever trusting this office. The doctor may be fine, but the admin staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. Find another provider. The stress isn’t worth coming here.
