Kristy Lemay was amazing! She came in today to train us on how to use the scanner with DDS Dental Lab, and she was so helpful, patient, and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood how to use it. We really appreciate her time and support. I have been working with DDS Lab and I couldn't be happier. My patients are extremely happy with the results. The shade match, margins, and contacts have been perfect. I have done multiple crowns and an implant crown with them and every case came back beautiful and ready to seat with minimal to no adjustment. A special shoutout to Lindsay and Hunter - so professional, nice, helpful and super efficient. Communication is excellent. I am planning to send all my cases to DDS Lab. Highly recommended

This lab is always working to improve their customer service! Since partnering with them in July, my office has had nothing but a pleasurable experience! Vicki came to our office to give some additional training as we’ve recently welcomed new members to our office. The new teammates aren’t the only ones that took away things today! I went in thinking I knew everything I needed to know already and walked away with so much more. Vicki was incredibly patient with all of our questions, she was knowledgeable and had an answer to everything. I hope we continue to get her in our office every time!
