This is a five Dentist. I had called the emergency line and the doctor called me back very promptly and they were able to see me next day with my Young child who had to have a crown that was necessary that day. They were very patient and calm with her and it’s been the best. We’re switching my entire family to this practice.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and my dental hygienist, Brianna, provided a gentle but thorough cleaning. I already have my next appointment booked and will recommend this office to family and friends.

I just starting going to De Zavala Dental, due to a broken molar. They were able to get me in quickly. Everyone I dealt with during my appointment, from the dentist to the dental assistant to the front office were highly professional and helpful. I will definitely be going back--in fact I already have my next appointment. One very small suggestion--I ignorantly went in thinking that I would be done with my appointment within an hour. I will certainly ask going forward--I know it's my responsibility. But they may want to tell the patient how long the procedure will last when scheduling the appointment.

Medical and dental financials can be incredibly overwhelming, but Yani completely took the stress out of the process.She broke down my treatment plan step-by-step, thoroughly explaining what to expect, outlining my insurance coverage, and presenting clear payment options. Her transparency, patience, and deep knowledge left me feeling completely confident and informed about my care. I changed my appointment to 3pm from 4pm. I waited over an hour to be seen. Then they went over a treatment plan with me to where they were going to charge me over $10k all of the mountain this treatment plan didn’t make any sense to me. When I called my insurance BCBS they went over the plan & couldn’t figure out why was I paying out of pocket of an amount of $2200.00 they wanted to balance bill. Means they can charge more as in the insurance pays out the max amount, but the pt is responsible for the leftover balance. My husband and I were like OK we have the money we could just pay it now or we can do CareCredit and do that. But I only went in for a cleaning treatment. Wasn’t even supposed to be a deep clean just a regular basic cleaning and you know the normal x-rays and pictures of my mouth. This dental office went so far by putting all these crazy amount’s on my treatment plan made me a little suspicious but yet they wanted me to fork out and pay out of my own pocket of $2200. That’s absurd I called my old dentist to see what was going on because I just saw my old dentist this year on January 08, 2026. Because he was out of town for quite some time. So when I called and he looked over everything, he said that is crazy. I did your recent. Extraction and they wanna pull out all these teeth charge you for it bill the insurance have you responsible to pay the balance do more treatment no. So my insurance told me yeah NO!!! We have to go somewhere else or back to ur old dentist. So I’m so done with people taking advantage of the insurance claims really! I am a medical biller & coder & dental insurance is a lot different but come on. I got a 2nd Opinion today and nothing to where I’ll be over charged including paying a lot out of pocket! I’m only paying $426.60 out of pocket compared to $2200.00 Eve BCBS was like wow thats crazy! Never again will I go back to these people & will I ever refer nope! A waste of time literally. For all the NEW PATIENTS WATCH OUT be prepared.

Dr. Bednarik and the staff here are fantastic. They are the most friendly, attentive group I have ever encountered at a dental clinic. My dental hygienist Brianna was exceptionally gentle and explained each step before performing it, so there were no surprises at any point. Patricia was also incredibly helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. After the procedure, she even applied vitamin E lip balm, which is something I have never experienced at a dental office and made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Bednarik herself was outstanding. She was patient with my questions and regularly checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. This was without a doubt the best dental experience I have had! I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been going here for years! Dr. B is amazing as well as her staff. So compassionate and really care about their patients. They recently went above and beyond for me regarding a root canal. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this amazing office!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I was having so much tooth pain, and Dr. Blaess was so gentle. I was extremely nervous to see a dentist, but Dr. Blaess and her assistant Trish made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend DeZavala Dental and all my friends and family.

The entire visit to De Zavala Dental was amazing. I had an emergency issue. Dr. B was so calm. Her & her staff were professional while also kind and truly caring. Between Dr. B and her staff, I know where my complete dental status stands. There is a plan for the next steps in having a healthy mouth.
