I had a great experience at DeZavala Dental, Dr. Blaess and her staff were great. Alice handled my x-rays quickly and comfortably, and she stayed right by the doctor’s side during the procedure, making sure everything went smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about people.

I was referred to De Zavala Dental by a staff member, Alice, for a wisdom tooth removal, and I’m so glad she recommended them! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The care and service were excellent, and everything was explained clearly, which made the experience much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate the great treatment I received and would definitely recommend this office to others!

I went to this office because I have some medical issues they told me everything I needed to hear. Dr. Blaess and Trish are very nice and so welcoming. This office is clean and the music made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a five Dentist. I had called the emergency line and the doctor called me back very promptly and they were able to see me next day with my Young child who had to have a crown that was necessary that day. They were very patient and calm with her and it’s been the best. We’re switching my entire family to this practice.

I just starting going to De Zavala Dental, due to a broken molar. They were able to get me in quickly. Everyone I dealt with during my appointment, from the dentist to the dental assistant to the front office were highly professional and helpful. I will definitely be going back--in fact I already have my next appointment. One very small suggestion--I ignorantly went in thinking that I would be done with my appointment within an hour. I will certainly ask going forward--I know it's my responsibility. But they may want to tell the patient how long the procedure will last when scheduling the appointment.

I changed my appointment to 3pm from 4pm. I waited over an hour to be seen. Then they went over a treatment plan with me to where they were going to charge me over $10k all of the mountain this treatment plan didn’t make any sense to me. When I called my insurance BCBS they went over the plan & couldn’t figure out why was I paying out of pocket of an amount of $2200.00 they wanted to balance bill. Means they can charge more as in the insurance pays out the max amount, but the pt is responsible for the leftover balance. My husband and I were like OK we have the money we could just pay it now or we can do CareCredit and do that. But I only went in for a cleaning treatment. Wasn’t even supposed to be a deep clean just a regular basic cleaning and you know the normal x-rays and pictures of my mouth. This dental office went so far by putting all these crazy amount’s on my treatment plan made me a little suspicious but yet they wanted me to fork out and pay out of my own pocket of $2200. That’s absurd I called my old dentist to see what was going on because I just saw my old dentist this year on January 08, 2026. Because he was out of town for quite some time. So when I called and he looked over everything, he said that is crazy. I did your recent. Extraction and they wanna pull out all these teeth charge you for it bill the insurance have you responsible to pay the balance do more treatment no. So my insurance told me yeah NO!!! We have to go somewhere else or back to ur old dentist. So I’m so done with people taking advantage of the insurance claims really! I am a medical biller & coder & dental insurance is a lot different but come on. I got a 2nd Opinion today and nothing to where I’ll be over charged including paying a lot out of pocket! I’m only paying $426.60 out of pocket compared to $2200.00 Eve BCBS was like wow thats crazy! Never again will I go back to these people & will I ever refer nope! A waste of time literally. For all the NEW PATIENTS WATCH OUT be prepared.
