Fantastic people in a wonderful environment. Even though going to the “Dentist” is far from my favorite place to visit, everyone at Deer Creek makes the experience as pleasant as possible! I highly recommend!

The team there is so kind & friendly, I left with a future appointment setup for a crown/bridge. A tiny chip or something on the back toothe, I went back a little later & they fixed the tiny problem in just a few minutes, my tongue is much happier before we go on a trip. Thanks.... Ron

The staff at Deer Creek Family Dental were very welcoming and accommodating. They got me right in when I had an urgent need. They were very thorough and friendly.

The office is very clean, and staff is very friendly. The hygienist I had was very thorough, and I could tell she is passionate about her job, and the services she gives. Dentist was very friendly and professionals, and gave me a great treatment plan going forward.

I have a lot of damaged teeth due years of abuse and trauma. I was at a point where I HAD get them fixed. The entire staff treated me with dignity, empathy, and endless kindness. Through this process they have helped me heal inside and out. If you need dental work done, but have put it off or are super anxious- please please please give them an opportunity to help. You won’t regret it!!

Deer Creek Family Dental is outstanding. Melora has wonderful smile and greets you soon as you walk in the door and very knowledgeable. Mandy is very nice and so helpful with insurance. Marcus and Jordan, the dental assistants are amazing and exceptional in their field. Dr. Poertner is wonderful doctor, compassionate, and also exceptional. These people make you feel like family, its relaxed atmosphere, they are top notch. I recommend them 100%. You all are Fantastic. Thank you for making my visits so pleasant. Reggie

I went in for an exam because I knew I had a cavity. They took an excessive number of x-rays, and then I found out after the fact that they were charging extra for each individual one. There was no clear explanation beforehand about how many would be taken or how much the total cost would be. I only went to their practice because I had received a flyer in the mail from them advertising an offer for $129 that included a cleaning, exam, and x-rays. When I asked about it, they told me it didn’t apply because I wasn’t getting a cleaning that day, which felt misleading and makes no sense, since these x-rays and the exam would've been a normal thing for a new patient. Overall, I left feeling taken advantage of and pressured into unnecessary extra x-rays just so they could make more money off someone without insurance. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They are just trying to make a quick buck off you.

When I tell you this place changed my thinking on Dentist on dentistry on how kind people are how they care and how they go above and beyond to actually hear what you’re dealing with and will be able to see if they can help you that day. this is one of the best places I’ve gone ever I will never go to another dentist. I will continue to go here and let me just say the workers and the hygienist and all of them that they have are incredible super kind. I’m so so glad I found this place.
