I’ve had a great experience so far. The office is beautiful and clean. Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. They’re very sweet and accommodating to me bringing my 21 month old with me since I have no one to watch her. Dr. Deplanche is always very thorough about explaining everything and just so nice. I’m so glad I chose to go with Deplanche Orthodontics for my Invisalign.. I’m so excited to get my smile back.

Delplanche Orthodontics has been amazing throughout my treatment. The new office feels modern and a huge upgrade from their previous location. The entire staff is always very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to any family and friends!

I strongly advise against treatment at this clinic. During my treatment with Dr. Delplanche, my teeth on one side of my upper jaw became significantly spaced apart, which made it impossible to chew food on the left side. Despite my requests for further treatment, the orthodontist insisted that everything was fine and suggested I find another specialist. I paid $6061 in full upfront, and the treatment was supposed to last a maximum of 18 months, but it took over 3.5 years without a finished result. Dr. Delplanche repeatedly told me to wait for my teeth to naturally align. It wasn't until I found another orthodontist, who immediately recommended elastic bands and adjusted my aligners, that I saw results within 24 hours. Thanks to the help of the new doctor, I can now comfortably chew food on both sides. Unfortunately, Dr. Delplanche ignored my requests to use elastic bands for this correction.

Dakota was my first point of contact with this office, and she was efficient, kind, and genuinely helpful. In orthodontics, where you spend a lot of time during initial visits, having someone like her makes a real difference. People like this can be the backbone of an entire practice. I was lucky to work with her. Dr. Delplanche was professional and thorough. He explained everything clearly and was attentive to my specific concerns. The cost was fair and competitive, and I appreciated having different options presented to me. I left feeling confident about my treatment plan. The office itself was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. This practice has a strong track record of great outcomes, and based on my experience so far, I can see why. Dental health and aesthetics are important to me, and I appreciate that this team takes both seriously. I'll update this review as treatment progresses, but I'm happy with my decision and would recommend Dr. Delplanche and his capable team! BTW, don't ever send them an email. Unless it's a con$ult, they don't answer. Typical dentist though. That's the industry.

We’ve been taking our kids to Delplanche Orthodontics and honestly couldn’t be happier. What I love most is that Dr. Delplanche is very patient and have not tried to rush us into treatment before my kids are actually ready. We have actually been in multiple times in the past year as the last of my children's baby teeth are coming out so that we can easily transition into an action plan and they are super thorough and have walked us through every step. We have spent a lot of time talking through braces vs. Invisalign to see what will actually fit with their activities, busy schedules and actual needs. All this and we have not been charged all for their time because they are wanting to make sure our kids are going to have the most efficient orthodontics experience that will last a lifetime! The staff is also amazing! They seem to remember every child who walks through the door. I really appreciate how they motivate the kids to not just take care of their teeth, but to also be good students and to also give back to the community. Just a really solid, welcoming place. The new office is bright, open and beautiful! We are so happy to have Delplanche Orthodontics take care of our kiddos!

Dr. John Delplanche is truly exceptional—attentive, patient, and deeply committed to his work. After doing research and seeing 5 dentists and 3 orthodontists who were unwilling to even attempt correcting my underbite, I felt dismissed and discouraged. With Dr. Delplanche, that changed completely! He genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. He allowed me to move at my own pace, welcomed every question, and never once pressured or dismissed me. His orthodontic care is high-quality, thoughtful, and rooted in integrity. I’ve known Dr. Delplanche since high school, and his character, patience, and sincerity have always stood out. That same integrity shows up in every conversation and follow-up. He is truly one of the best orthodontists out there and his staffs love him! Highly recommend.
