I think I’m cured of being a nervous patient. No word of a lie I would sit crying in waiting room even for a check up. Having children made me a little braver, but they are all grown up! I’ve apologised to other patients as it’s nothing to do with treatment I’m having! I’ve had root canal few years ago and I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing! ( didn’t stop the tears or nerves). Finally I had to have another root canal and I did not have the previous reaction. No nerves, no tears! Just relaxed while the dentist got on with the delicate dentistry! The dentist said to me once “ it only takes one bad experience for you to develop a fear” Well I can honestly say I have had more good experiences than bad because of the care they give! Now that penny has dropped! Not sure how the team would feel but maybe a “Meet the Team” on the website? I had the pleasure of a new dentist who did a filling and again I did not feel a thing.

Seen 4th July 2024. Was very anxious and in alot of pain due to infected wisdom tooth. The dentist was warm and kind, putting me at ease whilst thorough in his assesment. Antibiotics given alongside a recommendation to see registered dentists for further issues with tooth.

Useless was advised to call this surgery for help with a dental infection and they told me they wouldn’t “have a clue”, no wonder they’re 3.7.

Appointment's are not being respected, another place that overbooks , from 11:45 to 12:30 always tried staying clear of this sort of practices as they prioritize quantity over quality , waited for 40 minutes to be given antibiotics prescription to be told to pay an extra 40£, to be told to wait 3 more weeks till they can see me again.

(Clare Elshaw) After suffering relentless tooth pain I sort emergency treatment with Densmile. I cannot fault the service and care that I have received. I received a prompt appointment and although very anxious as it had been many years that I had visited a dentist due to horrible childhood memories. At no time was I made to feel bad for this and received nothing but encouragement. Hence my second visit today for a little work to be done. Thank you all at Densmile you are all 5 star + See you in 6 months 😁

I was very nervous before my planned appointment today for a root canal treatment, but there was no need to be. All the staff made me feel very comfortable. I felt no pain and was informed every step of the way of the next step. A massive thank you to Dr Joshi and Dal, you were truly amazing and I'm sure for my next visit I'll be less anxious and happy to see you 😊

The Dentist and every member of his staff create a professional, relaxed and friendly environment for a nervous patient like myself ... I travel over 30 miles for the professional welcoming and comfortable dental visit. Complete confidence and trust in my dental treatment is very important to me. Usually the emphasis of treatment and regular check-ups is on detection and preventative oral health issues. Treatment plans are well explained with empathy, accompanied by planned appointments, printouts and appropriate leaflets. Once I needed to visit the Surgery on an Emergency basis. I was treated with fantastic caring approach and seen on the same day, this is very much appreciated. A big Thank You to Rajen and his Team at Densmile, and I would highly recommend Densmile to my friends and family.
