Hands down the best Dentistry office in OKC!! The office is nice and clean, and the entire staff is ALWAYS stellar and so sweet. Really helps with the anxiety i feel around going to the dentist. They are always happy to answer questions and I never feel talked down to or pressured into anything. LOVE this place.

I’ve been coming here as my primary dental office since last year and honestly I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Before coming here I hadn’t been to a dentist in over eight years so I was understandably very nervous about going back. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I had some anxiety about what kind of dental work I might need. However from the moment I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and helped ease a lot of that nervousness. They were welcoming understanding and most importantly made me feel like I was in good hands. My first experience with them involved helping me with tooth pain I had been dealing with and the care I received made me confident enough to continue coming back. Since then they’ve become my go-to dental office. I’ve even started Invisalign treatment with them and that entire process has been incredibly smooth. They’ve consistently made each visit feel manageable and comfortable which means a lot to someone who went so many years without seeing a dentist. However what really motivated me to finally sit down and write this review was my most recent visit for my wisdom teeth. I went in because I was experiencing pain and honestly expected the usual outcome to be told that my wisdom teeth needed to come out and that I would have to schedule another appointment for the actual extraction. Instead they were able to take care of everything that same day! That alone was a huge relief and I really appreciated how efficiently they handled the situation. Dr. Hieger and my hygienist who I believe is Alyssa were both amazing throughout the process. Alyssa has always been wonderful during my visits and I genuinely appreciate the care and consistency she brings every time I see her. Dr. Hieger also did an incredible job with my wisdom tooth extractions. They worked quickly efficiently and professionally and I felt like I was in very capable hands. What has impressed me the most is my recovery. As I’m writing this I’m four days out from having my wisdom teeth removed and I’ve experienced virtually no pain. I understand that everyone recovers differently and that everyone’s experience can be different after this kind of procedure but I have a little swelling and some tenderness in my face and other than that I feel amazing. Even on the day of the procedure and the day after I had little to no pain. I honestly went into this expecting recovery to be much more difficult so the fact that things have gone this smoothly has exceeded my expectations. I think that says a lot about the quality of care I received. Having dental work done can be intimidating especially when you’ve spent years avoiding the dentist but experiences like this really show how much of a difference having the right dental team can make. They haven’t just helped me address dental problems as they come up they’ve made me feel comfortable enough to stay consistent with my dental health and take steps toward improving my smile. Overall I’m incredibly grateful to have found this office. From my initial visit after eight years away from the dentist to getting started with Invisalign to having my wisdom teeth removed my experiences have consistently been positive. The staff is welcoming the care is excellent and Dr. Hieger and Alyssa deserve special recognition for the wonderful work they do. If you’re someone who feels nervous about going to the dentist has been putting off an appointment for years or is simply looking for a dental office where you feel comfortable and well taken care of I genuinely recommend giving this place a chance. I know how intimidating it can be to finally make that first appointment but I’m glad I did. Five stars from me. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done for me and I look forward to continuing my dental care with them. They’re genuinely amazing at what theoy do! Y’all, I can’t recommend Dental 32 enough. I’ve had a lifelong fear of dentists that turned into a cycle of putting things off until something became an emergency, then a bad experience, then more avoidance. After an ATV accident in 2023 where I had face, jaw and tooth damage, it got worse. Multiple procedures, terrible experiences, and I’ve put it off ever since. I broke a tooth last night and knew I needed to be seen today. After calling eight places, Dental 32 fit me in, and it was unlike any dental visit I’ve had. The staff was kind and patient, the dentist actually listened and wasn’t judgmental, and the whole office felt warm and easy. They’re not close to my house, but they’re a couple blocks from work, which will be convenient. They fixed me right up, and I’m going back next week to start working through the other issues I’ve been avoiding.

Last December we got a “diagnosis” from this dentist that our child had five cavities and needed fillings and to be put under for the procedure. Thank goodness I took her for a second opinion to a trusted dentist who told me it was not necessary. She had a dental check up today, several months later, (with yet another dentist) who confirmed she has no cavities and no need for any procedure whatsoever. Get a second opinion if they recommend any procedure for your kiddo.

Hands down the most compassionate Dental establishment in town, and very reasonably priced.

If you’re worried about your wisdom teeth removal and have extreme dental anxiety this is the place for you! My wisdom tooth was growing in and I was in so much pain. And because I am extremely weary about anything that concerns my teeth, I looked tirelessly for a dental place that had good reviews, a clean facility, and excellent customer service. I am so glad I found Dental 32!!! I called to make an appointment and see what my next steps should be (as a newcomer to this dentist, be prepared to fill out an online form so they can get all the necessary information before your appointment). As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such kindness and was brought back very quickly to start my exam with Dr. Hieger. He told me my gum was starting to get infected and that he could preform the removal surgery immediately that day if I wished, which I agreed to. They administered laughing gas to help with my anxiety, provided me with a blanket, a stress ball, and even headphones so I could listen to music during the operation. They gave me a few shots in the affected area to ensure that I was numb and wouldn’t feel a thing. Hannah was so so sweet and gentle the entire step of the way, even encouraging me during the operation and letting me know what sensations I may feel (just a bit of pressure). The procedure itself was incredibly fast and it is obvious that Dr. Hieger is a pro and knows exactly what he’s doing. It’s now been about 5 days after my surgery and I’m pretty much healed! Just a bit of tenderness on my gum where they made an incision and a some swelling. Every staff that I encountered was so informative, gentle, and sweet. I HIGHLY recommend Dental 32!!

This place and the people were awesome. I was in Oklahoma City for a work trip. I'm from Michigan. My dentist office in MI is next to worthless and told me to wait 2 months to get in to put two loose crowns back on. I told them I was worried about that because I had 2 work trips during that stretch. Of course, in OKC the crowns popped off and I swallowed one on the first day of my trip. It happened at lunch at 12pm. By 1:30pm, Dental 32 had my insurance ran and were doing the repairs. The dentist gave me a few options and was great about understanding the situation. If I wasn't 13hrs away, I'd use this place for all my dental needs. The office is clean, professional, and super friendly. I'm back in MI and still waiting to get into my worthless dentist office. Thank you Dental 32 for helping me out of a bad situation and leaving OKC in better dental condition than what I arrived in. I can't wait to tell my office how much better you all were than them.

I made a comment on their instagram asking why they had so much turnover of their dentists and they BLOCKED ME!! Unacceptable!!! Why can’t you answer the question? Why do none of your dentists stay at the practice longer than a year? Bad sign.
