Dental Care of Waukesha

I absolutely love this place with everything in me. I cannot remember my dental hygienist name, From the time I got there as a new patient until now it felt very welcoming. Very friendly, clean neat the staff was just amazing. Not pushy at all, and I just wanna give a special shout out to Brigit, my dental hygienist. Best ever. So sweet and kind. It’s like I’ve known her for a long time. She’s amazing and so is the whole crew.

I love this dentist office! The receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentist are so kind and calm. I have so much anxiety about getting my teeth worked on. It's made a huge difference switching to this dentist office. I still don't love getting my teeth worked on. However, I have been better with keeping up with biyearly checkups since switching to this office. I have confidence that they will be competent and kind.

I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and her amazing staff. They were great from start to finish. Explained everything in a way I could understand and with so much care!

The team here is awesome, knowledgeable and very friendly. They don’t rush your treatment or rush you into make decisions which makes the whole visit very relaxing compared to many dental clinics. Highly recommend this location!

We have had a wonder experience with this dental office! We first found them while they were doing a free dental day. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the building, their tools, and every member of the staff. Watching how they all interact with each other, it is super easy to see that they are all treated like family which comes across wonderfully from a patient perspective. Since the free dental day, my husband has had quite a lot of dental work done by them. He is always in and out very quickly and can tell the quality of his crowns are much better than his prior dentist. One of our favorite parts of this office is their costs. My husband has had a few crowns done at other places that have fallen off within a few years of being put on. Each time he has had one repaired by Dental Care of Waukesha, he has felt that they were done better and more high quality, and they were also cheaper than the last place he went (something I would think to be impossible in today's economy)! We have found every bill from them to be very reasonably priced, no hidden fees, etc. Their prices paired with the fact that they put on a free dental day makes it feel like they legitimately want to do their part to ensure anyone can have access to dental care, regardless of how much money they make. We love this place and cannot recommend them enough!

The staff is freindly and very thorough every step of the way. From reception and billing through the hygienist and dentist all aspects of my visit were well explained and pleasant. My previous dentist of 20+ years retired and I was concerned about finding a good replacement that accepted my insurance. Dental Care of Waukesha made the entire process simple and stress free. Glad to be a new client here!

The dental hygienists team was so professional and kind. They made sure my cleaning was comfortable and painless as possible. The dentist was also very kind and polite, offering additional care regarding my dentures. I felt very cared for by the whole team. Even the front desk prople were so courteous and thoughtful taking the time to explain the new patient rules and procedures. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I came in as a new patient. Right away, everyone was so friendly and worked with me and my insurance to fix a problem. They are so thorough and wonderful that I decided to switch my boys to this location right away. Their previous dental clinic only did work on children when the child was administered nitrous oxide. Other wise they refused to do work if a parent said no. I love that this location it is optional. I look forward to having my family at this location.
