Been going here for years. The staff here especially my dentist Svitlana and Dr Leslie Wong are very professional, patient and understanding. Always taking care of my teeth. I have to remove one star as the main receptionist is not polite and quite rude on a number of encounters. I do not like talking with her at all.
Highly recommend! I’m so happy with my Invisalign treatment from Dr. wong. Everything was explained clearly, the team was very accommodating, and the results have been great. I even travelled from Victoria because it was absolutely worth it!
We have been going to this dental clinic for over 15 years, and I can honestly say the care has always been exceptional. The dentist Dr.Wong is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable. He explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. There are repeated errors with billing, insurance, and charges, which has completely undermined my trust in the front desk’s competence. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I echo the sentiments of many others who have posted here — this was not an isolated incident, but part of a consistent pattern of poor behaviour. Following the latest of many unprofessional interactions, I’ve decided to leave the clinic. This decision has nothing to do with the dentists or hygienists, whom I respect and value, which makes this particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, the help staff are costing the clinic business.
Dr. Leslie Wong is one of the best dentist I ever met. He is very patient, calm, and very professional. If you need a dentist in Vancouver then Dr. Leslie is your best choice. The clinic is in a convenient place in downtown Vancouver, lots of street parking spots. The clinic is spacious and always clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Leslie is our family dentist since long time, the prices are reasonable for Vancouver. I did many procedures with him and honestly I always impressed how easy and pain free it went. Finally I highly recommend this dental clinic!
I have been a patient of the clinic for many years. Dr Wong is very calm and pleasant. He is very professional and very helpful. The dental hygienist Svitlana has looked after me for more that 4 years. She is very friendly and has a very gentle touch. She explains every thing she is doing and gives a lot of useful information. She is the best dental hygienist I had. I recommended this clinic to my family and all my friends and every body is very satisfied with it.
