I arrived with dental emergency & the staff made me feel cared for, I had a good experience. Dr Torres was very, attentive & knowledgeable.

Dr. Torres and her staff were warm and very knowledgeable. They took care of my emergency dental needs so seamlessly. I am grateful for their wonderful dental service and highly recommend them!

A lot of people hate the dentist but I swear I want to just take a nap every time I’m there. Dr. Torres is an amazing dentist - we’ve tackled cleanings, fillings and even an implant together and she’s super kind! Her staff is wonderful from reception to dental hygienist - they absolutely rock. I’ve sent my kid and spouse to them as well!

This place that is awesome. They were able to book an emergency dental appointment for me, even though they were fully booked the whole day. Everyone was phenomenally professional. From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist herself. I unfortunately do not have dental insurance and had to pay out-of-pocket and everything was affordable. Everything was explained And all my options were given to me very thoroughly and highly recommend to anyone

I've had good experiences at Dental Designs of MD - Columbia since it switched from RB Dental. The offices are newly decorated & very clean. My dentist, Dr. Torres, has been incredibly nice, professional, and is very knowledgeable. The staff at the front desk have always been courteous & make scheduling future appointments easy and fast.

I recently switched to Dental Designs of MD - Columbia and have been extremely impressed with my experience so far. From the very first interaction, the front desk staff was warm, friendly, and made scheduling and check-out seamless. At my initial appointment, Dr. Torres took the time to ask thoughtful, thorough questions, listened to my fears and concerns, and clearly explained my recommended treatment plan. She is knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive. I’ve since had a crown replaced, and the process was efficient and done exceptionally well. I’m so glad I made the switch and would highly recommend this practice to others. Lovely, professional people; and a beautiful, clean office.

I will recommend Dental Designs of Maryland, EVERYTIME, to anyone and everyone looking for a new Dental Practice!!! Dr. Santos literally makes my visit to the dentist enjoyable! I actually look forward to seeing her when I'm there. 🙂 She will listen to your concerns and helps you understand exactly what needs to happen to get you the best results. She truly cares about her patients and that is something you don't find often, compassion. 🙂 The office environment is always warm and welcoming- from the second you walk through the doors. The entire staff is positve, friendly, inviting, and they greet you by name before you reach the counter! It's obvious they are happy to be part of such an amazing team!
