If I could give zero stars I would- I called and scheduled a dental cleaning , they said they scheduled me for a dental cleaning for today and so I drove 40 minutes and showed up. Upon arrival, they showed me that my bill was gonna be $260 because as a new patient, I would be forced to get x-rays and a doctor exam, which is crazy because they never mentioned that when I was scheduling the appointment. Super sleazy and scammy of them, they never mentioned that I would be forced to do this money grab of theirs, I had x-rays and a dental appointment elsewhere within the last six months, and they still insisted I would need it with them, which shows all they care about is money and not actually your health. I ended up wasting over an hour out of my day so come here under false pretenses. If they’re gonna keep this crazy policy, and they need to at least train their phone staff to actually communicate this reality with people otherwise they’re wasting our time and gas money Also, the facility is really dirty, there are stains all over the floor and they handed me a very grimy clipboard that was greasy to the touch and clearly not clean.

This was my first visit but to me you can tell a lot on that first visit. Everyone was respectful and competent in what they were supposed to do. This lady, I don't know what her name was but I believe she is the hygienist I think. Anyway she had to take a lot of x-ray pictures and i was getting a little frustrated but she was really patient and professional about it and then she took some cotton pieces and put them on the bottom of the x-ray piece that goes in your mouth, (I don't know the name of it) but that piece sometimes hurt against your gums but with that cotton piece it didn't hurt. I really appreciated that! then, when the dentist came in after examining me she asked me was my teeth sensitive to cold water and I said yes she said well, I'm going to clean your teeth when you come back so I can do it after I give you the analgesic. Wow! Those 2 things right there might not be big to someone else but was big to me because it shows that they care about trying to make their patients comfortable and with less pain as possible. To me that is professionalism and competence. I respect that and those two women for doing that because you can look at mouth and see that I'm no stranger to going to the dentist and no hygienist ever put that cotton in my mouth for that pain and no dentist ever asked me that about the sensitivity to the cold water. So, that was important to me.

I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Dental Dreams Team and the work of get me the smile and the fit I was looking for I found it at Dental Dreams now I see why they call it Dental Dreams. Thank each and everyone for making my Dream come true. Theresa Goodwin

Came in after I couldn’t find a dentist in my area with open availability. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They have free parking for patients. Will return in six months. Thank you guys!

It's usually a great visit everytime. I'm not sure if it's because my appointment was nearing the hour they close but none of my questions were answered. I had jaw pain and pain in my wisdom tooth area. The dental assistant took my x-ray and cleaned my teeth but the dentist just checked for cavities and sent me on my way home. The dentist didn't even look at the x-ray screen or even asked anout my pain. I am actually very disappointed and I feel unheard. I am not one to judge but my appointment could've been better.
