I’ve never had any issues with this location. The staff here are friendly, and doctors are pretty swift. I typically go for a cleaning, and I love me a fresh cleaning, I can tell the difference. As long as you’re following the post care instructions, you should be fine on dental nightmares!

Horrible sat here for 2 hours with nothing done, this is my 3rd time experiencing this.

While I understand that certain dental procedures are complex and naturally take time, the administrative and scheduling issues at this office are completely unacceptable. Every single visit starts with a frustrating 30 to 45-minute wait in the reception area past my actual appointment time. During my recent grueling session, after enduring the painful metal loop and band around my tooth, the hygienist botched the curing of the filling. To top it all off, the dentist had to step back in at the very end to fix the dental hygienist's error. On top of that, they are delaying my crown installation for two months due to an insurance transition instead of helping me navigate the paperwork and get this done in a timely manner. Root canal was June 22, as of August 6th, still no crown installation. The extreme administrative delays and staff errors make the experience miserable. Avoid this place if you have deadlines or pretty much anything else to do with your day.

They are very thorough. I look forward to completing my dental needs.

If I could give zero stars I would- I called and scheduled a dental cleaning , they said they scheduled me for a dental cleaning for today and so I drove 40 minutes and showed up. Upon arrival, they showed me that my bill was gonna be $260 because as a new patient, I would be forced to get x-rays and a doctor exam, which is crazy because they never mentioned that when I was scheduling the appointment. Super sleazy and scammy of them, they never mentioned that I would be forced to do this money grab of theirs, I had x-rays and a dental appointment elsewhere within the last six months, and they still insisted I would need it with them, which shows all they care about is money and not actually your health. I ended up wasting over an hour out of my day so come here under false pretenses. If they’re gonna keep this crazy policy, and they need to at least train their phone staff to actually communicate this reality with people otherwise they’re wasting our time and gas money Also, the facility is really dirty, there are stains all over the floor and they handed me a very grimy clipboard that was greasy to the touch and clearly not clean.
