The staff is very, very alternative kind, and they are all on point, and I know that it starts with the doctor that has to be one of the best dentist in the whole state of marylandthank you\n All so much and I look forward to allowing you to be my dentist. For the rest of my life , thank you all again

Let me first say that Dr. Choo was excellent. He was professional, kind, and made my appointment a positive experience. Unfortunately, the overall office experience was disappointing. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and arrived early. When 9:00 a.m. came, no one was there to unlock the office door. This was my second visit to this location, and my first experience had been great, so I was surprised. As we waited outside, several other patients arrived, and we all expressed frustration about the delay. Dr. Choo arrived but did not have a key to access the office. The receptionist eventually arrived about 20 minutes later with the key. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, there was little acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience, which made the situation more frustrating. After we were finally let inside, the receptionist took her time checking patients in while also carrying on a personal phone conversation on speaker. It did not feel professional, especially after patients had already been waiting outside past their scheduled appointment times. I truly enjoyed my first visit, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Dr. Choo was wonderful, but the front office experience has left me hesitant about scheduling future appointments or recommending this location to others.

My dentist get me together every time

My appointment was at 2pm I arrived 20min earlier. Wait time wasn’t too bad I was in the chair by 2:30. The dentist I had was amazing he was attentive, kind and respectful. He explained everything he was about to do and what he planned on doing next visit. I will recommend this place and I will return.

Your appointments here can be be a hit or miss,unfortunately the front desk staff were incredibly confused,polite but confused. Unfortunately I waited over an hour just for the young lady to saw "she forgot to check me in and if I would like to reschedule. I recommend going to their edmondson location where it is more organized. I am not sure if they recently hired new staff but this experience has been poor.
