We had such a great experience at my son’s dentist! Everyone was so friendly, patient, and welcoming. They made them feel comfortable and at ease throughout his visit. Everything about this experience has been wonderful. The whole staff is kind and knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. They are patient and have a great sense of humor and make you feel comfortable in a way I have never experienced at a Dentist appointment.

Wow! What an AMAZING experience!! I had 2 upper molars extracted; one on each side, so numbing on both sides. Didn't feel a bit of pain, whatsoever. The doctor made certain that I was completely comfortable before he began. The staff is courteous and they explain everything in detail. And on top of that, they made sure my wife and I had our appointments at the same time, for convenience in our schedule...on a SATURDAY!!!!! BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of care and professionalism. My experience here was characterized by poor communication, disregard for my medical requests, and a focus on billing rather than patient health. Most concerningly, I believe a narcotic/vasoconstrictor was used during my treatment that I specifically requested not be used because it increases my heart rate. Despite my clear instructions regarding my medical needs, my requests for alternative pain management were declined. Furthermore, when I asked the staff to address specific sores in my mouth and pain they insisting only on future appointments. Regarding my partials, they never color matched my teeth, my partials are super white, my teeth are not! The service was non-existent. Despite providing no actual solution or repair, they insisted they did color match. Lies! This practice does not value its patients; it feels more like a sweat shop than a healthcare provider. There is no sense of care or "family" here. I will never return to this office and would advise others to look elsewhere for a dentist who listens to patient concerns and respects medical boundaries.
