Really impressed with the service at this dental hospital. From consultation to treatment, everything was smooth and well organized. The dentist took time to listen and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Staff were polite and helpful, and the environment was neat and hygienic. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of care and professionalism. My experience here was characterized by poor communication, disregard for my medical requests, and a focus on billing rather than patient health. Most concerningly, I believe a narcotic/vasoconstrictor was used during my treatment that I specifically requested not be used because it increases my heart rate. Despite my clear instructions regarding my medical needs, my requests for alternative pain management were declined. Furthermore, when I asked the staff to address specific sores in my mouth and pain they insisting only on future appointments. Regarding my partials, they never color matched my teeth, my partials are super white, my teeth are not! The service was non-existent. Despite providing no actual solution or repair, they insisted they did color match. Lies! This practice does not value its patients; it feels more like a sweat shop than a healthcare provider. There is no sense of care or "family" here. I will never return to this office and would advise others to look elsewhere for a dentist who listens to patient concerns and respects medical boundaries.

Amazing and welcoming staff was able to get me in for a cleaning with same day appointment. Definitely recommend this place. It’s affordable and with and without insurance. They truly care about their patients.
