I have the pleasure of working with Nancy who is very friendly, professional, informative and the Doctor was amazing. I love this place because they respect people's time and take you in right at your appointment time. They have great customer service while checking in and out. Great refreshments while waiting. My teeth looks great and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place. I wish I can give it more stars.
Absolutely phenomenal experience — was recommended JP Dental after a stressful experience elsewhere that made me anxious to go back to the dentist. I felt welcomed, listened to (!!), and respected here. Especially appreciated that Dr. Swanson explained findings and treatment to me with a combination of scientific and layperson’s terms to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. The appointment did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like just another patient on the schedule. Really truly appreciate the entire staff for helping me feel confident and comfortable with something that has caused anxiety in the past! Could not recommend them more.
I had an amazing experience here as a new patient, and would definitely recommend JP Dental! Dr. French and Dio provided excellent service, and I appreciated how they checked in throughout the appointment to make sure that I was comfortable. I also appreciated how efficient they were without making the appointment feel rushed or unprioritized. Elle and Navi at the front desk were also incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning to end of my appointment. The office was also spotless and very modern.
Great dental experience, everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming from Elle at the front desk who got me in earlier because I had another appointment and who was so sweet at check in and check out, Taven who was so helpful and took his time with the X-rays/cleaning and talking to me, and Dr. French himself took the time to explain what his thoughts were, what he was doing, what he recommended in the future. Probably one of the most thorough dental visits I’ve had and everyone was truly so kind and pleasant. 10/10 recommend!
