Dr. French and his team are the best in the business! They are incredibly thorough, take the time to educate you on how to better protect your teeth, and are careful and compassionate throughout treatment. I stumbled upon JP Dental when searching for somewhere convenient to go for an emergency issue, and am so grateful that I did. Elle, the business lead, is wonderful, and the entire practice does an excellent job accommodating schedules, getting patients seen quickly, and making insurance and payment details clear and straightforward. Omg!! Best dental visit ever! Sometimes looks can be deceiving. The office was extremely bright, clean, upbeat, music lots of smiley faces and I even received a new patient gift! All of my questions were answered How often do you get to meet the doctor in charge on your first visit? Elle was the first person I met on my lunch break just to get information on their services and I already felt extremely comfortable and knew this would be my place to care for all of my dental needs. Their office hours start at 7 AM, which is extremely convenient for my work schedule. Ashneel was very down to earth and allowed me the space and time I needed while getting photographs of my teeth. The customer service was exceptional and 2nd to none, especially when you have not been on top of dental care so many people are quick to judge, but this staff have shown they are here to get my Care back on track and I’m extremely impressed and looking forward to my care at JP Dental !
Absolutely phenomenal experience — was recommended JP Dental after a stressful experience elsewhere that made me anxious to go back to the dentist. I felt welcomed, listened to (!!), and respected here. Especially appreciated that Dr. Swanson explained findings and treatment to me with a combination of scientific and layperson’s terms to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. The appointment did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like just another patient on the schedule. Really truly appreciate the entire staff for helping me feel confident and comfortable with something that has caused anxiety in the past! Could not recommend them more.

I love this place because they respect people's time and take you in right at your appointment time. They have great customer service while checking in and out. Great refreshments while waiting. Dr. French and Dio provided excellent service, and I appreciated how they checked in throughout the appointment to make sure that I was comfortable. I also appreciated how efficient they were without making the appointment feel rushed or unprioritized.
