#1 positive note: Dental One does a great job job of reminding and updating my appointments. These are customized to notify me about any changes - simple but valuable information about the changes to available parking due to construction at the building where their office is located. This outreach is a marked improvement to the "MyChart" method, with different passwordsfor every doctor, that is used by other health care providers. Dental One takes an ACTIVE outreach model with simple texting of their messages instead of the complexity of the Multi-step email/security methods used by MyChart. The great staff of Doctors, Hygienists and all back-up staff is, of course, the reason that I have been visiting Dental One for over 20 years. Imagine that - not dreading a visit to "the Dentist."

Upon checking in, billing coordinator asks me for $27 without explaining why in or showing me the reason in writing. No problem with the periodontist, Dr. Wilson. Upon checkout, billing coordinator does not provide an explanation of services which would explain how insurance coordinates, and what I'm being charged for.

The tech and the dentist were very friendly and efficient. However, my appointment was the 3rd reschedule on Dental Ones' part. Due to the rescheduling, I could not receive all of the services that i was supposed to receive. Therefore, I had to schedule yet another appointment. The services that I was receiving had been fully covered by insurance. This changed. Dental one did not notify me of the upfront cost with this change. If I had not been able to pay upfront, I would have been forced to reschedule and incur a cancelation fee. Also I don't know if it is customary to have the same dentist and hygienist but rarely do I have the same dentist or hygienist for more than a year. I used to brag about the services and promptness of this office. However, over the last two years I have not had much to brag about.

Yesterday experience was highly improve compared to our last appointment. The staff communicated effectively upon our arrival, we were seen almost immediately and checking out was not chaotic. Our time was respected and my daughter was pleased with her service.

I love coming here for my cleanings! Farah did an amazing job—she was friendly, thorough, and made the whole experience comfortable. My teeth feel so clean! I already have my next cleaning booked with her because she’s that great. I highly recommend this office!

Look at all the negative reviews before you schedule. They called me every single day for 5 straight days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - and I spoke with their operators all 5 days when I either picked up or called back. Each day they confirmed 1) that I was not using insurance and paying out of pocket and 2) confirmed my orthodontist appointment for my retainer. Each day I told them I talked to them the day before. They continued calling and confirming the same things. Then on Friday they told me, “You scheduled this incorrectly. We don’t have orthodontist appointments on Mondays.” I calmly told the person on the phone that I have spoken directly on the phone to their receptionists every single day this week and confirmed this orthodontist appointment every single day. I then shared that I took off work specifically for this appointment. It’s now Friday afternoon and I will be unpaid on Monday for an appointment that won’t happen. The person on the phone never apologized, just blamed me and said “we’ve been trying to get ahold of you.” I shared, I have spoken on the phone with your associates every day, so that’s not true. Then she said “you scheduled it wrong.” I asked how I would have scheduled it wrong if I called and asked for an orthodontist appointment? She continued to blame me for their mistake then hung-up. Again, not one apology.

Took my child here for an emergency root canal. They quoted me 5k. I paid $700 cash just to be seen that day. I told them i can’t afford that and her insurance kicks in, in 2 weeks so i would have to wait. I left, they called me back once in the elevator and told me if i came back the next day they would do a baby root canal on her for $400 to hold her off until insurance kicked in. I reached out to schedule the appt and they told me i had to resolve the debt before they would schedule anything. I paid cash upon both visits and never had a full root canal as they wouldn’t schedule it without resolving debt for a procedure never had! I’ve asked for management to call. Nothing. I’ve sent emails. No response. I now have received multiple bills upon which I have forwarded to them. No response. I was an out of town patient who was working there for 2 months and no longer in the state to stop in. Today, i received an email that they sent me to collections!! Terrrrribleeeeeee!!!! The worst part of it is my poor teenagers tooth!!!

Great experience, my dentist was awesome and my hygienist was superb, I would recommend this dental practice highly. Even the xray technicians were highly qualified, taking their time to ensure each film was precisely placed to ensure my comfort as well as obtaining the best shot. At age 68 I've had many dentists, but dental one ranks high among them all. Let’s not forget the admin staff who ensured my wait was brief and my check out easy. Thank you all!!

Been patients there for a long time. Long wait times have always been an issue but last several visits - staff have been rude and unhelpful and visit took almost 2 hrs and I never even got my teeth cleaned - was told I had to go out front and schedule a separate appointment for that! Time to look for a new dentist!
