Excellent treatment outstanding service from minute you walk in to leaving

Booked nhs appointment back in April for 27th july first appointment they offered they cancelled on 20th July. Booked another appointment for 8th August they cancelled on 4th August. Phoned to be told 4 dentists have left them. Seems bit strange every review about cancelled appointments are nhs appointments reviews go back months so I don't believe 4 dentists have left them at all

I booked my NHS check-up back in April for an appointment on Saturday in August, so I had already waited around four months. On Monday, I received a reminder email telling me not to forget my appointment. Then, on Wednesday, only a few days before I was due to be seen, I suddenly received a message saying my appointment had been cancelled. I immediately tried to log into the online portal to find out what had happened, but I wasn’t receiving the verification code and my account became locked. When I managed to log in later, my appointment had completely disappeared. As soon as I received the cancellation message, I called the practice at around 12 noon, expecting to speak to someone. Instead, I was met with a recorded message saying the practice was closed, so there was no way to ask why my appointment had been cancelled or to rearrange it. Waiting four months for an NHS appointment, receiving a reminder to attend just two days earlier, and then having it cancelled at the last minute with no proper explanation is extremely disappointing. The communication and organisation were very poor, and the whole experience caused unnecessary inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.

If you’re looking to be an NHS patient at this practice, don’t bother. Your appointments are constantly cancelled.

I have a huge fear of dentists and was determined to find a local practice after I had moved. My dentist couldn’t have been kinder and so gentle. No judgement, just honest advice. A plan has been put in place and I will be very happy to see her again.

My family has been with this practice for many years. Our excellent dentist, Emmanuel, who looked after us for about 10 years sadly left the practice recently. Yesterday, my daughter and I had our first checkup with our new dentist, Pooja. We were so pleased to find that she was as caring, knowledgeable and thorough as our previous dentist. She made us feel at ease straight away, which is so important.

My dentist was fantastic. Helped me calm my nerves. Talked me through all the procedure and was really great with my daughter who was with me. The assistant was also really lovely.

I recently visited Morley Dental and was treated by Hardeep Puee, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout my appointment, which made such a difference to me. I had two really unpleasant dental experiences earlier this week, so I was feeling quite anxious going in. From the moment I arrived, the team at Morley Dental made me feel at ease, and Hardeep in particular took the time to listen and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It was such a relief to finally feel well cared for, and I’m so glad to have found a practice I can trust. Knowing that Morley Dental is now my regular dentist gives me real peace of mind. Thank you for turning what could have been another stressful visit into such a positive one.

Great experience. Special mention to Dr Nasar Mahmood especially. I went in feeling quite anxious and unsure about what was going on, but he was really calm, patient and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable straight away. Had a lovely conversation too!! The rest of the team were just as lovely. The receptionists (one who filled out my form for me with no complaints as i couldn’t complete it beforehand )and hygienists were welcoming and friendly, and the whole practice felt organised and professional. I’m really grateful for how kind and supportive everyone was. So wonderful.
