I cannot thank Dr. Pramod Sabharwal and the incredible team at Dental Perfection in Coventry enough for completely transforming my smile and my life. I came to the practice with a Class 2 Division 1 malocclusion, which had caused a complex anterior open bite and a 6mm overjet. After 20 months of active treatment, these issues have been successfully and beautifully corrected. The results are life-changing—not only can I smile with so much more confidence now, but more importantly, I can finally bite and chew my food with total comfort. The efficiency of the care here is outstanding. Dr. Sabharwal was able to perform my two upper premolar extractions right here at the clinic. Not having to be referred out to another dentist at a different practice meant my treatment could start much more quickly and effectively. What really stood out to me was the advanced technology and thoroughness of their approach. Before starting my orthodontic treatment, Dr. Sabharwal did a comprehensive CBCT scan of my jaw. Throughout the entire 20 months, he and the team took regular scans of my teeth and jaw to closely monitor my progress. This high level of diagnostic care ensured that any potential anomalies could be detected early and resolved promptly. I approached dental perfection 3 years ago regarding braces, and from the consultation to the treatment these guys have been amazing. I was loosing hope! I had been in pain for months, not being able to sleep, eat or drink properly and felt really let down by dentists, then I came here! I’ve had 3 failed root canals at different places before, in and out within 90min tops and the pain was worse to the point I’d ended up having the teeth out. What a different process with Dental Perfection. From the first phone call to now I’ve been well and truly looked after and made to feel safe and supported. First of all my initial appointment wasn’t rushed, I was listened to, had x-rays and had to have treatment for an infection. Second again was a long appointment to actually do the root canal, I could not tell you how many x-rays and checks were done throughout to ensure that is was done properly. The whole process felt thorough, I felt at ease and cared for. My view of dentists has completely changed and I feel my awful anxiety and fear starting to lift! As a family we have joined their membership and I know we will all be looked after, please don’t hesitate to contact them. Before coming here I’d really struggle to walk through the door if a dentist as the fear of further pain, not now! Thanks everyone!

I was beginning to lose hope of anyone being able to offer help after dozens of calls and being blown off. I rang and spoke to Courtney W, she was immediately amazing, even with it being the end of the work day she was present and bubbly and friendly, she went above and beyond. Instantly helping me and looking up ideas to help with my problem, messaged their dentist and while waiting for a response she gathered as much information so that even if they couldn’t help she would find who could by contacting others in the field and suppliers to find me someone that could help. I never leave reviews but as sad as it sounds Courtney made my week. She was caring, enthusiastic, and for the first time I feel positive I may get closer to a solution. I have never used this dentist and I’ve never spoken to them before but based purely on how amazing Courtney W it’s a complete 5 star for fantastic customer service and that woman is an absolute credit to your business. I spoke to a lot of fed up, bored monotone reception and admin staff at dentists today and Courtney W was instantly bright, bubbly, friendly and in control and it was such a big difference. Could not praise her enough. Johnny give her a raise, or at least a decent giftcard haha! - She is beyond amazing, never let her go!
