Dental Professionals

This has been a stress-free and completely trustworthy experience. I switched to Dental Professionals from a very expensive Hyde Park dentist which used to be worth it but where costs had gone out of control and there was a revolving door of the good dentists. DP means I have to drive, not walk, and pay for loop parking... but it is totally worth it. I've had two hygienists and they have been gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Jacobs is kind and direct. I followed his advice about switching to an electric brush--unlike my old dentist, he didn't try to sell me one--and that seems to be making a big difference in my gums. I finally feel like I have a partner in taking care of my teeth and gums. Not like a cash cow. Everyone I've worked with here--the dentists, the receptionists and the hygienists--are calm, caring and professional.

Phenomenal practice. Great providers from the staff to the hygienists to the dentists. Not pushy. Just trying to do what’s best for the patient.

I absolutely love Dentral Professionals and have been going there for over 30 years. Whether I'm getting a teeth cleaning, x-rays, check up or dental work, everything is explained in detail and options are discussed. There is never any hard-sell. Their office and equipment is always up to date and the staff are wonderful and professional. Dr. Katz is my fave of the dentists, but I'm biased simply because I've been seeing him for so long.

From Jennifer in the front to the hygienists and Dr Finkle in the back, you will be set up for a great dental experience. Not a common notion. I’ve been going to these guys for years and they continue to provide amazing dental care and service. They won’t perform x rays just because. This is that kind of practice.

So glad my friend recommended this team. The staff are exceptionally kind, outgoing, and professional. The facility is conveniently located, super clean, up-to-date and organized. They remember my dental history, address me by my name (so rare in medicine these days) and I have not been kept waiting for more than ten minutes. Billing is also prompt and accurate.
