Dental Progress

I had my extraction completed in December 2025. Dr. Garcia – 1 star If you are not originally assigned as her patient, she does less than the bare minimum. She was not accommodating, showed no sympathy, and was unwilling to review my chart or take the time to assist me simply because I was not her patient. Dr. Gonzalez – 3.5 stars Dr. Gonzalez completed my upper wisdom tooth extraction, including one decaying tooth. There were a few minor hiccups, but he was willing to address my concerns and offer solutions when possible. I did not feel pain… only pressure and some pinching from the tools against my lip. Ms. Lourdes – 5+ stars Ms. Lourdes is truly heaven-sent and deserves a raise. When I came in suffering, she was the only one willing to help me to the best of her ability. Everyone else present that day… including Dr. Garcia, simply stared at me as if I were crazy because Dr. Gonzalez was not there to assist. Ms. Lourdes showed genuine care and compassion when I needed it most. Giselle – 1 star Her customer service skills are extremely poor. She talks over patients, is aggressive, does not listen to concerns, raises her voice, and has a consistently bad attitude. Her behavior should be addressed rather than ignored or condoned. Another staff member – 1 star There is another staff member who often wears her hair up and clear glasses. She claims she only speaks Spanish, yet was able to relay my English concerns to another assistant in Spanish. She was rude during every visit and acted unprofessionally. When I was clearly in need of help, she chose to sit, stare, and call Giselle so my concerns could be discussed without addressing me directly. She also attempted to influence other coworkers to treat me poorly, despite me being in a vulnerable position. Overall, several staff members along with Dr. Garcia provided inaccurate information and were unwilling to do even the bare minimum to assist me. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability made an already difficult experience far worse.

Beautiful and clean clinic. Dr. Garcia has amazing attention to detail. Her assistant as well. Was in and out. The wait was close to none. Will be going back.

I’m recommending dental progress the office is clean and The staffs are super friendly. I can express that I love the hygienist and she cleans my teeth so good and definitely painful less.
