Dental Republic - Bandera, P.C.

The doctor there today was very sweet and kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Katie the manager was super helpful and very sweet. Michelle the assistant was nice and quick. Karla the girl that took my blood pressure was very gentle and fast. Lindsey did a good job greeting me and making me feel welcome. The whole staff there did a fantastic job.

My Wife and I love this place. I had never had a dental procedure done before and I was nervous that it would go badly, the staff was able to help bring down my fears, and I walked away a happy customer! Katie, gabby, Elizabeth,Shelly were friendly, the atmosphere was very family centered, and overall, I would continue to use them as my dentist. Not only that, but I also referred one of my friends to interview to work there and she loves it! Katie is the new manager she is changing and improving all for better! My teeth are much better but my three kids love it so much we will be stopping by just for the fun of it (:

I love this dentist office. I have been through so many dentist that I never thought I would fine the best one. But guess what I was wrong. I have never been so happy to go and see this amazing office staff. They make you feel like super duper important!! I just can’t get enough of them and for my kids great service. My two girls and son love going there. They don’t cry or fuss at all!! Super great job, keep up the wonderful work!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would! I’m very disappointed with this practice after being recommended from a family member I had confidence and trust. First of all call center total trash, no communication with patients at all. First strike was supposedly I cancelled my own appointment but still show up at the office like how does that happen?!? Second strike no call back or would just to be on hold, and then when it came to making payments super quick to call you and collect. The dentist there is super great but I feel like corporate is making him loose patients over stupid situations like mine.

The staff is very nice, and the lady Katie was very nice to my little girl. She made my 9 year old go from sacred and hating dentists to wanting to go again again. Not to mention she loves to floss now and brushing is more regular. I highly recommend this place.
