This is the worst dentistry ever, if I could give it negative stars I would… the destiny who tended me cares more about her ego then her customers dental well being, iam currently in so much dental pain due to her negligence, I told her that my crown looked higher then how my original teeth was and she refused to listen and the effects didn’t kick in till after and now I’m about to go to another dentist and have to pay extra because of her negligence. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GK THROUGH THE SAME
The most welcoming and professional dental practice in Austin! Dental Republic Riverside has completely transformed my experience of going to the dentist. From the very first appointment the team made me feel genuinely at ease with their warm, caring and highly professional approach. The dentists are exceptionally skilled and take the time to explain every procedure thoroughly ensuring you always feel fully informed and comfortable throughout. The office is beautifully modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with the latest dental technology which really inspires confidence. My smile has never looked better and I leave every appointment feeling truly well cared for. Dental Republic Riverside is without question the best dental practice I have ever visited and I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone in Austin!
I went into this location for a deep cleaning and initially thought the experience was good. But then I saw a periodontist who clarified that my deep cleaning should have taken about 3 hours but each side only took an hour, the second time the appointment was less than an hour. According to the periodontist if I didn't tell them I had a deep cleaning less than a month ago they would have never known that I got one. I do not think this is a good place they refuse to give me my money back and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to my bank for not providing services at standard. If you're broke and you want cheaper service then go here the standard might not be the standard of a place that would charge you higher cost but you pay for what you get for I guess
I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist and assistants were professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist
Literally the best dental experience I have ever had. Juan was super thorough explaining the insurance process and pricing and Iana (hygienist) was super great and listened to all of my concerns. The dentist who did my filling was also super great and gentle (I feel really bad because I am blanking on her name), but she was super lovely! Thank you!
Please don’t go to this place!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff, including the dentist, came across as unprofessional and more focused on money than on patient care. I felt pressured into unnecessary services, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I truly recommend looking for another dental office if you want respectful, honest, and caring treatment.
Outstanding. Desi is the best. Not to me Doctor , I forgot all about her. My experience at the Dental Republic Austin was unforgettable. Now I’m back in action with my brand new smile again. Thank you Eyana , Desi , Janis and of course Dr. Evens. It’s good to know you are really getting good at what you are doing here at the Dental Republic Austin.
