I’ve been with dental smiles for 4 years now and I have no intention to switch! I’ve had a few different hygienists thru the years, all of them are friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job cleaning my teeth. I’ve also done fillings at this clinic happy with the work as well. And Dr Shetty is awesome!
The staff the care they provide at Dental Smiles is the absolute best! Dr. Shetty is so knowledgeable and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Gina is an incredible hygenist, her attitude and chairside manner really help me to feel at ease, even though I’m at the dentist! Thank y’all for providing such excellent care and service!
Poor clinical technique led to a horrendous experience. My fillings consistently lacked proper contouring, creating severe food traps and increasing gum health risks. A premolar filling caused permanent sensitivity and eventually fell out. The dentist refused to take responsibility, instead dismissing the issue with an unfounded medical theory—blaming my non-existent acid reflux. After redoing both the molar and premolar fillings, the new molar filling became a major food trap, and the premolar remained painfully sensitive. I was subjected to over four unsuccessful bite adjustments. Throughout this ordeal, the dental assistant was rude and unprofessional. Rather than offering accountability, I was met with excuses and an unprofessional attitude. Their only solution was to repeatedly redo their own botched work, wasting my time and money. I am now seeing a specialist to address the damage they caused. A deeply regrettable experience.
Dr. Shetty and her team are absolutely amazing! They are detail oriented, professional and personable. They are also really good about fitting you into the schedule when you have any issues, which bring such peace of time. I highly recommend Dental Smiles!
I had a lot of work done on my mouth when I was a kid which in return has made me terrified to go to the dentist. However, Ashley and Paula have made my dental experiences so amazing. They have truly been patient and kind. Dr. Shetty always explains what is going on with my dental care and the procedures I have needed. Overall, everyone seems happy to be there and passionate about their profession. I highly recommend Dental Smiles to anyone.
