The staff at Dental Solutions are second to none. From checking-in to receiving treatment and getting rescheduled, the staff are very compassionate and very professional. I have had more complements on my smile since my last appointment. I highly recommend Dental Solutions to anyone who is in need of dental care.

The girl that checks me in is a sweetheart. The Doctor and the other dental assistants are very kind and Nice and caring. The bad part is leaving. The girls at checkout have no clue and try to rob me. They double charge and print fake documents and won't admit their mistakes. I'm owed 400 dollars for a double charge but they lie to me and say we reimbursed your bank account. They did not!!!! Liars and thieves and rude as hell . Such a shame that they ruined the whole thing. The checkout girls need to be fired. All of them.

I highly recommend this place (DentalSolutionson Grant Ave.). I have been a patient for 20 years. As always, from the time I walk in, all the way to check out, the staff here are kind, helpful, very professional. I was in great pain and discomfort when I arrived. I was called to the back within minutes. I needed a root canal. I was informed about everything that was going on during my procedure. They even checked my insurance for me before starting so I would know the cost before starting (which is always good to know). I appreciate all of the staff here. Thank you so much for always taking care of me.

Dr. Chowdhury, and the team working with her, did very good work, were very polite, friendly and professional during the procedures. The billing department leaves a lot to be desired. I was given a price to have crowns, of $225/each, however after the work was performed, I was informed that the work will cost close to $2,000. Apparently, they did not properly search my insurance portal, were aware of the issue a month ahead of my treatment, but never informed me until after the work was done. I highly recommend the work performed by Dr. Chowdhury but warn people about dealing with Dental Solutions.

I have been a patient at this practice for 33 years, and the level of care has always been excellent. Mira, the hygienist consistently makes me feel comfortable during my visits and takes the time to ensure everything is done with care and professionalism. I also appreciate how efficient and timely the service is. It’s reassuring to come to a place where you feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental team that truly cares about their patients.

I had tried a few different dentists since my new insurance plan Feb of last year,it took me until October to finally find a place that wouldn't play games with me regarding a cleaning. All the other places were telling me I needed all kinds of oral surgeries etc first before cleaning,which didn't sound right. This place confirmed my xrays and we worked on a plan,first I'd get the cleaning then the other work as I was able to afford it. I agree with most reviews that say places will try to get as much money out of you as possible,but luckily it was minimal here. I"ll know better next time not to get all the antibiotics and anesthesia etc. Other than that, I look forward to ironing out the other work I need in the future.

I returned to Dental Solutions of Grant Ave after a long time because I haven’t had any tooth or gum issues, but I wanted to catch up on the years I missed. As expected, they took a full set of X-rays. After reviewing them, the dentist told me everything looked fine and said the hygienist would evaluate what type of cleaning I needed. At my follow-up discussion with the front desk, I was told I need a Deep Cleaning, and the office prepared a Treatment Plan. However, the treatment plan included several items that were Not Covered By My Insurance. I contacted my insurance and reviewed the dental codes used in the plan. Based on the review, I Found Most Of The Additional Items Unnecessary (except one) , so I declined them. What disappointed me most was the interaction when I asked questions. The person putting together the treatment plan seemed unhappy and repeatedly responded with, “I Just Work Here”. That didn’t feel like a respectful or helpful way to treat a patient who is simply trying to understand costs and coverage. I did schedule my deep cleaning for next month, but I’m concerned about how I’ll be treated after placing this review. I’m sharing this because I believe patients deserve clear explanations and respectful communication. This is my second review after my follow-up appointment (my first review is above). I was concerned that my earlier feedback might affect how I’d be treated, but I’m happy to say the team was respectful, professional, and caring. I appreciated the way they handled my visit and the service I received. For this appointment, I’m rating Dental Solution on Grant Ave 4 stars. I have another follow-up on February 24, 2026, and if that visit goes just as well, I ‘LL gladly update my rating to 5 stars. I leave honest reviews to reflect my experience-not to harm a business.
