My visit to the dentist was great. Prompt service. Best cleaning ever. Ive been a patient for more than 5 years. Always satisified woth service and appointment scheduling. Absolutely no complaints. Office always clean

This was a good experience. Staff is always friendly & competent .however I don't like extended wait times for the dentist. I was so annoyed one time in the past i left the room.

Dental hygienist are very good at this location. Their billing department is horrendous. They started by sending me a 400 dollar bill without warning 3 months after my visit. After I was forced to investigate myself since no one from the office or billing could determine why my out of pocket cost was higher than normal, I found out from my insurance company it was because I was scheduled too early and was not actually due for a cleaning. At this point they stated they would remove the bill. Unfortunately, this is when I started receiving calls from a collection agency. I had to call the office on three separate occasions to confirm my bill was removed which they stated it was. I continued to get calls from collections. I finally got the zero bill emailed to me so I can submit it myself. Only go to this business if you want to deal with schedulers who do not care and a billing department that is only looking out for the company and not the patient.

Rushed experience. They only care about getting you in and out. While im still in the bed nurse assistant rushes at me with my bags hurrying for me to get out of the room felt like I wasted my time and money. It feel so disconnected and fast paced they no one seems to even see you as a person just a number and a cash sign. Extremely high fees to your insurance. Crowns are terrible and a cleaning is them flossing your teeth crown came off with in 3 day zero cement of on it. I wish I could go to my oringal dentist. Jeffery Glend. He knew what he was doing. This place is trash. I'll go back because I paid for this crown, but this will be my last experience with them and they jacked up the teeth behind the crown you can see the lines of where they drug their tool into on my teeth. Do not recommend. Maybe its under new management. I have no clue how it got 4.2 stars maybe the staff are rating it. 🤦🏽‍♀️ this is "not" how you run a business..
