Pediatric dentistry covers the care a growing smile needs — first visits, cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and gentle cavity treatment for children.
Orthodontic care assesses how the teeth and bite are developing and guides each patient toward the treatment that best fits their goals.
Dental implants replace missing teeth with a post set in the jaw and topped with a custom crown, restoring chewing function and limiting bone loss.
Porcelain veneers are thin, custom shells bonded to the front of the teeth to address chips, gaps, and discoloration as part of a smile plan.
A smile makeover combines several cosmetic treatments into one coordinated plan, reshaping a smile's color, shape, and balance together.

The first time I had work done with the NEW dentist following recommendations from the practice manager. I have emailed 2 individuals & 2 mailboxes and not received an acknowledgment from anyone. NHS dental treatment I received at your practice, which resulted in serious complications requiring emergency hospital admission and surgery. I attended my appointment on Monday 19th January 2026 for what was described as a routine filling on my lower left tooth. After completing the filling, my dentist informed me that she had needed to drill deeper into the tooth than originally anticipated and stated that the filling “may not work.” Despite this, I was sent home with standard advice to manage any pain with painkillers once the local anaesthetic wore off. Following the appointment, I experienced ongoing pain and continued to take pain relief as advised, expecting the pain to subside after a few days. However, more than a week later, Wednesday 28th January I woke up with significant swelling to my face and neck. It was clear that something was seriously wrong, and I contacted the practice immediately. I was given an emergency appointment and was seen by the same dentist who carried out the original filling. After a brief examination, I was instructed to attend A&E immediately. After waiting approximately 4 hours in A&E, I was assessed by a doctor who informed me that the root of the tooth had rotted and severely infected. I was told that the infection was discharging septic pus into my left cheek and neck and that urgent surgery was required. Due to the seriousness of the infection, I was admitted Wednesday 28th January at St Richards Hospital, Chichester. An emergency operation was arranged for the following morning, Thursday 29th January. During surgery, the affected tooth was removed, the infected root was confirmed to be rotten, and a significant amount of septic pus needed to be drained. I was also fitted with two surgical drains to remove remaining infection from my face and neck. These remained in place for approximately 48 hours. I was admitted to hospital for a total of four days. The procedure by your dentist has caused me significant pain, distress, and disruption. This situation represents negligence in my dental care. Given that the dentist was aware that the filling had gone deeper than expected and might not be successful, further investigation, monitoring, or referral should have taken place. Instead, I was sent home a dead or dying root untreated, which ultimately led to a serious infection and hospital admission. The level of communication from the reception team at Little London, and in particular from Jordan who I believe is still the practice manager has been poor. My wife has sent several emails directly to Jordan over a period of time, none of which have received a response. This lack of acknowledgment has been frustrating and has made it difficult to trust that this email will be acknowledged. Please confirm receipt of this complaint, outline how it will be investigated, and provide details of the expected timescales for your response as that information is not on your website. Please let me know the next steps to facilitate this change and confirm once our records have been updated and the complaint. As a result of poor communication from Little London practice I ask that ALL communication is in written so it is recorded - I ask you do not contact myself via telephone. Yours sincerely Wayne The is my honest review - I really hope this review gets acknowledged and action is taken.
Always a great welcome. The practice is always clean and tidy. Easy check in and any questions are always answered. My dentist is very understanding as I'm a nervous patient ,gentle kind and reassuring.
This is an excellent practice, and Tatiana is an exceptional dentist - very skilled and knowledgeable whilst at the same time being very friendly and caring. We cannot recommend her too highly,
My dentist is Shabnam and she is very friendly, completely honest with you about treatments, pricing etc and she talks to you like a person instead of a patient. The receptionists are also welcoming and friendly and ready to help when needed.
The hygienist was so friendly and reassuring from start to finish. She explained everything that she was doing thoroughly and kept checking throughout to make sure I was ok. She did a fantastic job and was really helpful with making recommendations on the best toothbrushes, mouthwash etc that I should be using. All in all a great experience- would not hesitate to recommend!
