Like most people I am nervous of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I was made to feel very calm and relaxed on my first visit this week, the waiting room is light airy and cheerful as is the receptionist. It's such a relief to find this place

I had an appointment with Dr Talha Saeed and I was very impressed with the level of care I received. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The dental practice staff made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment regardless of me being a first time patient and they showed genuine care about my wellbeing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled dentist.

I recently had few treatments including a gold crown which could have been bit tricky but Dr Arshad dealt with the whole process with ease and confidence. I love visiting my dentist as everyone is so friendly and caring, it's like visiting close friends which makes the treatment feel pleasant !

I’m really pleased with the result of my implant, it’s even better than I ever thought it could be. Dr. Arshad Mahmood is clearly an expert in his field. Following a childhood injury, I needed an implant for one of my front teeth, which turned out to be a complex case. Dr. Mahmood carefully explained all the treatment options available to me and even took the time to carry out further research to find a less invasive approach. Alicia is the kindest dental nurse I’ve ever met. I was understandably nervous about what was going to be quite an invasive procedure, but she was calm, kind, and reassuring throughout, making me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Spencer Road Dental Surgery, the professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion shown by the entire team made what could have been a daunting experience a very positive one.

Since then, I've had extractions, root canal treatments, implants—procedures I never imagined I'd have the confidence to go through. The practice is welcoming, professional, and always investing in the latest technology to provide the best possible care. I first saw Arshad and his team in 2018 had 2 implants put in , my normal dentist in Birmingham had recommended Spencer Road surgery to me. All went very well and I was delighted with results , great care and communication in every aspect. This June 2026 away with work I had to ring 111 and see emergency dentist after suffering with tooth ache on a off scale way. Returning back to the midlands I desperately rang the receptionist Caroline at Spencer Rd as my normal dental practice couldn’t do anything till end of June as they didn’t specifically do implant related work and relied on someone coming in. I’ll state the pain was more from tooth fracture more then implant related but I had got much work to be done. I was fitted in later in the afternoon that day and returned next day for two extractions and implant work. I’m not a fan of the dentist and the thought of the work was making me feel sick. Arshad and Alisha couldn’t have been more professional in the service and care I got.I would highly recommend them as a practice that definitely go the extra mile in every way. Thank you

Dr Saeed has been so amazing and helpful through my smile white journey. Had a few complications from smile white but Dr Saeed always took his time to see me when needed and provided the best service he could ! Dr Saeed always explained every step he was doing before doing it and making sure I was comfortable and relaxed whilst doing so. Thank you for your service!

For a number of years, I’ve been quite self conscious of terrible looking front teeth. Spencer Rd. dental surgery was recommended to me. Dr Mahmood uses the latest dental implant techniques. The procedure was fully explained and all went to plan. I now have a new and confident smile and am very happy to recommend the surgery to others.

I recently visited this dentist and overall I was very happy with the quality of the work. The treatment itself was done professionally and everything was explained clearly, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. However, I did find the price quite expensive. I was charged £200 for a filling, which felt a bit higher than I expected. That said, the staff were friendly, the clinic was clean, and the work carried out seems to be of a very good standard. If cost isn’t a concern, the service and treatment quality are definitely good.

Talha has been amazing through my smilewhite journey! He made me feel very comfortable and he is very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I recently used Spencer Road Dental Surgery as I was unable to get an emergency appointment with my own dentist. I came to them in alot of pain and extremely anxious. They made sure I was seen quickly and initial treatment was completed asap. I ended up being referred to a root canal specialist which normally takes a week but given how much pain I was in Dr Saeed was able to get me seen and treated in a few days. I am so grateful to the dentist and the team and will be recommending them to everyone I know. There is nothing worse than severe toothache and they took my pain seriously and did everything they could to help. I will also be making sure they are my new permanent dentist. I don’t often leave reviews, however i can’t help myself but give praise to this dental practice. Not only is their communication incredible, but their client care is out of this world. I have had nothing but respect and compassion from the staff and couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Dr Talha Saeed is one of, if not the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Within my treatment I was taken through step by step at a pace I could fully understand and that is all thanks to him and his team. Again I couldn’t say enough to do this place justice.
