This was my first visit to Dental TLC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk team made me feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Sam, who brought me to the back and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She reassured me that I was in great hands, and she was absolutely right! My hygienist, Shannon, was outstanding. She took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout my appointment and patiently answered every question and concern I had. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience so much less stressful. The doctor (I believe it was Dr.Baker or Dr.James Abbott) was also incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated how everyone made me feel heard and cared for. I am so grateful that I was referred to Dental TLC. It’s rare to find a team that is so welcoming, professional, and compassionate. Sam Bianca, and James…..hands down the best I’ve worked with. They got me in, did my X-rays, 3d scan and all the jazz with no issues at all. Can’t help but love the attitude they bring forth. They explained the work that needed to be done very thoroughly and make it very comfortable for a dentist office. Bring Sam garlic rolls!! 😜😜
I’ve had extensive dental work and have visited many dental practices over the course of my 55 years, but I can honestly say I’ve never experienced one like this. From the tech used to text you to acknowledge a missed call to the practice, to the music themed decor, this place is one of a kind. Not only was my visit fun, I left knowing that I have a team of professionals looking at my case and developing the best treatment plan for me. Excellent experience!! Absolutely Amazing Experience! I am not a fan of dentists, slight “dental anxiety” - even for routine visits lol. I felt at ease while here and I attribute all of that to the staff (& maybe the laughing gas lol)! This was my first time going and I’m now a patient for life! I can’t say enough good things about this office!! I had a dental issue come up unexpectedly and they were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Elizabeth was so kind and easy to talk to, and she helped make me feel comfortable even though I was pretty stressed about being there. Dr. Heather was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain what was going on and what my options were. I was very happy with the quality of care I received!
