I’m so impressed with this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendliest front desk staff I’ve ever met. They were incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain exactly how my insurance worked, making the entire process easy and stress-free. The dentist was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He explained every step of the procedure as he was doing it, which made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease throughout my visit. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding care, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Amazing dentists office! Very friendly and attentive staff who welcome you in immediately and keep you well taken care of. My dental hygienist was Shanell, who was super friendly and personable, and my dentist was Dr. Tran, who was kind, informative, and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Tran and Sem, the hygienist, did a great job with my teeth. I have some nerves around going to the dentist due to some bad history, but my visit to CitiDental was pleasant enough where I won’t need to stress about my next visit.

As someone who suffers from intense dental anxiety showing up at an appointment is an accomplishment - and Dr Tran, Shanell, Michelle and his team made me feel comfortable enough to go through a procedure, schedule multiple follow ups, and overcome the dental panic that’s followed me for years. Seriously - I didn’t think it was possible. Thank you to their team!

Dental 365 Madison is wonderful. Dr. Chen is great. Always explains what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable each step of the way. I had an older tooth covering removed that was no longer sealed well. Dr. Chen needed to go a little deeper but remained gentle as performed the procedure. The attempt is to avoid a root canal. Of course some discomfort after the local anesthetic wore off but nothing that OTC Advil and Tylenol couldn’t handle. The next day I was pain free with the temporary and the discomfort from the older tooth covering was erased. The Hygienist and the front desk staff such a pleasure.

From the moment you step off the elevator, you are welcome to buy their lovely front desk team. Sat down didn’t even wait. Two minutes before I was called into the operatory room for my cleaning. The doctor addressed all my concerns, and my hygienist was a blessing Definitely will be back in six months💙💙
