From the moment you step off the elevator, you are welcome to buy their lovely front desk team. Sat down didn’t even wait. Two minutes before I was called into the operatory room for my cleaning. The doctor addressed all my concerns, and my hygienist was a blessing Definitely will be back in six months💙💙
As someone who suffers from intense dental anxiety showing up at an appointment is an accomplishment - and Dr Tran, Shanell, Michelle and his team made me feel comfortable enough to go through a procedure, schedule multiple follow ups, and overcome the dental panic that’s followed me for years. Dental 365 Madison is wonderful. Dr. Chen is great. Always explains what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable each step of the way. I had an older tooth covering removed that was no longer sealed well. Dr. Chen needed to go a little deeper but remained gentle as performed the procedure. The attempt is to avoid a root canal. Of course some discomfort after the local anesthetic wore off but nothing that OTC Advil and Tylenol couldn’t handle. The next day I was pain free with the temporary and the discomfort from the older tooth covering was erased. The Hygienist and the front desk staff such a pleasure.
