About DentalCare Implants & Dentures LLC

The figure people quote for "an implant" almost never covers the whole thing. There is the fixture placed into bone, the abutment that connects to it, and the crown that sits on top, and each is billed as its own item. Add an extraction, a bone graft, or a sinus lift and the plan grows again. Insurance behavior is inconsistent here: some PPO plans treat the crown as a covered restoration while excluding the surgery, and others do the reverse. DentalCare Implants & Dentures accepts all PPO plans, carries CareCredit, and runs in-house financing along with discount plans for patients without coverage. For a full-arch case, that financing is frequently what decides whether treatment starts this year or gets deferred to the next.

Dr. Nancy Bui leads the practice from Suite C at 912 West Randol Mill Road in central Arlington, directly beside Arlington Memorial Hospital. That is a convenient location if you are already moving through that medical corridor or live in the surrounding older neighborhoods, and less so if you are coming from the far south side of the city. The first appointment is an examination and imaging followed by a plan that separates what is urgent from what is elective. For denture patients, that conversation should include which teeth are genuinely unsalvageable, because retaining even two sound roots can convert a loose full denture into a far more stable overdenture.

Beyond implants and dentures the office covers the everyday range: cleanings and sealants, fillings, crowns, veneers, root canals, extractions, Invisalign, and children's dentistry. Sedation is offered, and in an office doing this much full-arch and denture work it gets used often: people who reach the point of losing a whole arch have frequently spent a decade skipping appointments because fear got in the way. The practice holds memberships with the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Check the schedule before you call. The office runs Tuesday through Friday, opening at eight most days, starting later on Thursday and closing at one on Friday, with no Monday clinic. Book denture adjustments early in the week so any laboratory turnaround still lands before the weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

What days is the Randol Mill Road office actually open?
The practice runs Tuesday through Friday, with no Monday clinic. Tuesday and Wednesday start at eight in the morning and finish at five, Thursday opens later at ten and runs to five, and Friday is a half day ending at one. If your treatment involves a laboratory step, such as a denture adjustment or a reline, booking earlier in the week gives the turnaround room to land before Friday closes.
What should an implant quote actually include?
Ask for it itemized. A complete quote covers the surgical placement of the fixture, the abutment that connects to it, and the final crown, plus any extraction, bone graft, or sinus lift needed to prepare the site. Quotes that name only one of those figures will look cheaper than they are. Also ask which items your PPO plan is likely to cover, since coverage often splits inconsistently between the surgical and restorative halves.
What are the payment options if I have no dental insurance?
The practice offers in-house financing and discount plans for uninsured patients, alongside CareCredit for those who prefer third-party terms. All PPO plans are accepted for patients who do have coverage. For larger denture or full-arch cases, ask for the treatment to be staged, so the plan is paid in phases that follow the healing timeline rather than as one balance due at the start.

Dr. Bui is absolutely Amazing but her new receptionist staff is quite awful. I'm not sure what happened to Vanessa because she was incredible and I never had a problem with her but these new girls are pretty trash. They tried to tell me I would be charged for a cleaning when it's covered under my insurance and didn't bother explaining this to me when they called to confirm my appointment. I guess they thought they could pull a bait and switch on me when I was there in-person. They were sorely mistaken as I just cancelled my appointment and walked out. I'm not sure if I will ever be back which is such a shame because Dr. Bui is an absolutely wonderful dentist and I like her very much but her receptionist trollops left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. I'm very sad to see these brain-dead money-grubbers are working so hard to destroy her business. I hope Dr. Bui gets better employees.

My old dentist retired, so I just stayed with the people who took over his office. I have had 3 visits, 2 cleanings and 1 filling done. I'm always apprehensive of new people, but I was very surprised and pleased with the work done here. The cleanings went very well. The cavity that had to be filled was quite a large one. Again, I was apprehensive about the whole situation, but there was no need. The dentist numbed my mouth without any pain, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. At my appointments they listened to me and my apprehensiveness, and took pains to ease my fears. I will continue going to them. Very pleased with the work, the friendliness of the employees, and with their professionalism.

Just keeps getting better every visit. From front desk politeness to doctor professionalism and talent. One of the best decisions I've made in years was to transfer to this office for all family dental care. Cleanings, crowns, implants, and extractions --- all have been excellent.

Personable receptionist and helpful advice. Dr. Evangelista actually did the cleaning, and was very open about her practice. My regular hygienist was working at a different location, and I was skeptical at first... but I would definitely recommend “Dr. E” to anyone, and would be happy to be her patient on my next visit!

Haven't wanted to go to the dentist due to the pandemic but knew I needed to since my appointment was long overdue. I stayed in the car until my appointment. Went straight back and left as soon as my appointment was over. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Everything was clean. Even made my 6 month appointment.
