It was good

I had a great visit. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They explained everything that they was doing .

Had a cavity filled today and the entire team was wonderful!

Twice I have had to wait longer for my permanent crown. This last time, I had an appointment scheduled for over 3 weeks to get my last permanent crown. While on vacation, I got a call and was told that they would need to rescan my tooth. I was a little irritated but okay. I got there, the assistant popped off my temp crown to re-scan and then she said I would need to be numbed because part of the build up had come out. Then she comes back after pre-numbing me and said I'd have to come back in a week because they want the dentist that originally did the work to stay with it. I had to wait to schedule while she called that dentist. I have severe Gastroparesis which causes severe nausea and dental work is already difficult for me. My time was totally wasted. She put the temp crown back but know it sits higher and my bite is off. I just wish they were more apologetic or offered for another dentist to complete the work sooner than 7 days from now, even if I had to go to another office.

My first visit to the Dental Works Office on Raeford Road was excellent and I was taking care of from the Hygienist and the Dentist. I left the office with so much confidence and my teeth felt so much cleaner, that is a big difference from my last visit at the Hope Mills Office. Thank you all for your special attention and care. I had a very pleasant appt. Had good conversation with my hygienist, Alice, as she makes you feel calm and relaxed. The Dr was also nice and polite and explained what the plan was for my needs. I would recommend Dental Works on Raeford Rd., Fayetteville to all who need a dental office to call theirs.

Great customer service and professionalism as always when I come for my dental appointments. Today the staff was cheerful as usual and excited about the upcoming holiday season. My hygienist, Alice is wonderful. She is very thorough without being heavy handed. Dr Rathfon is a very kind and personable dentist. He took time to discuss my concerns. Which is very refreshing when compared to other offices where I felt like I was treated as an insurance number and the exams were so short I didn't get a chance to say hello, let alone voice any concerns about needed treatment of current dental issues. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone thinking about finding a new dental home.

The staff is so kind and assuring. Front staff are polite and helpful. The doctor is so careful and kind making me feel safe and secure during dental proceedure. The dental hygiene Christie very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. Only thing I would say to improve is the phone system. Sometimes hard to get thru but could be during lunch hours. I highly recommend this dental office if you ever had fear of dentist.. this is the place to go ..you will very comfortable and treated with dignity. THIS IS RAEDORD RD CLINIC
