Dentist Direct Dubai

Posting again from another account because I'm still mad. Unless you're rich (or incredibly financially irresponsible) do not go here. Every single time I speak to a local friend, they are completely flabbergasted and quick to confirm that 3.5K for 2 fillings and X-rays is indeed highway robbery. I was railroaded into thinking maybe that's just normal for Dubai (it feels like you never quite know what to expect here; which services/industries are surprisingly affordable or randomly expensive vs other world cities). Their prices are NOT normal for Dubai. I am compiling a shortlist of fantastic dentists based on recommendations from friends, acquaintances, coworkers and even random people I meet. All of them charge a fraction of the price of Dentist Direct. For anyone browsing these reviews to make a decision, feel free to reach out to me for it!

Good location, lovely office and staff but horrendously overpriced. IF money is no object it could make a great regular dentist. They lulled us into a false sense of security with a very reasonable quote on checkups + cleaning - which was provided well ahead of time via WhatsApp (albeit after insurance copay). We did not receive a quote on a follow up visit for x-rays + fillings. They sprung that bill on us when we showed up. I suppose it's our own fault and we should have negotiated or walked out... Definitely felt railroaded and taken advantage of as new patients who didn't protest. For reference: 550 for one x-ray. 1600-1800 per filling. Better to do some research and go elsewhere. There are countless more affordable options in the city.

I’ve been going to Dr. Zul for almost 7 years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. He is incredibly kind, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during every visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Finding a dentist you trust is not easy, and I’m so grateful I found him. Highly recommend! I wouldn’t go to anyone else in Dubai!

Dr Sneha has really taken away the fear of the dental chair for me! I have had several treatments with her and all were painless. She is also very detailed and patient when answering my endless questions, and I always leave feeling reassured and informed. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had a great experience with Dr. Charisse. I’m usually nervous at the dentist, but she was so gentle and reassuring that the entire visit felt easy. She explained everything in simple terms and really took her time. My teeth feel amazing, and I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommended! Followed her from her previous clinic as well!!!

I had an amazing experience at Dentist Direct Dubai. I had a short-notice emergency while on a business trip, and they gave me a same-day appointment within minutes. When I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly by Claire, who is an absolute sweetheart, and I received excellent care from Dr. Akanksha Srivastava. This is by far the best atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a dental clinic, I left with a genuinely happy smile! I can’t recommend them enough!

Dr Suhel was excellent with my child who has special needs and dentist anxiety. He created a calm and caring environment whilst treating his cavities and removing a tooth. We were both happy with the care and treatment provided. Definitely our go to dentist !!

I have been following with Dr Suhel Dabawala for my kids for about a year now. Dr Suhel is the most gentle soul. His approach to kids is amazing. He instills confidence in kids so much so that kids start looking forward to their dental appointments! I highly recommend him and urge all parents to choose him as their kid’s dentist. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zul during my Invisalign treatment! From start to finish, he was incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. He always took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable and confident throughout the process. I’m so happy with my smile now and couldn’t recommend Dr. Zul more highly for anyone considering Invisalign or any dental care. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients!
