My experience at Dentist of Long Beach exceeded my expectations. I came here for a regular cleaning and it felt like I received a special treatment. The office was clean and everyone from the start was very friendly and when it came down to the doctor and Andrea, the RDH ,she made me feel extra comfortable because I am really nervous when it comes to any dental work, she took her time explaining every step and continuously asked if I was ok during the process. She was hands down the most gentle with the cleaning and polished my teeth so well. I will be definitely going back and seeing her again. I definitely recommend her and will be referring my family here. Thank you Andrea!

I had a friend come here (i am posting this on her behalf because she doesnt feel comfortable to do so but im not letting this go for her) and they treated her so so horribly. She was quoted close to 9k for dental work and when she finally called to question it, the receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. the lady on the phone claimed to know how much the cost of the treatment would be in an attempt to keep my friend as a patient at their office and when it was questioned about the actual insurance coverage, not once was she ever informed the office was out of network until the lady said it. my friend asked for a treatment plan in written format but she had to ask for it 3xs until she went and had to sign a release form (to go to a different dentist) and she had to wait until they produced what shes been asking for. as a former receptionist myself i find this incredibly disrespectful that the receptionist was acting like the judge, jury and executioner essentially. mean girls either become nurses or receptionists because people like that should not be in front facing jobs.

Like most people the dentist office is not my favorite place to go. I’ve had some pretty rough and uncomfortable experiences especially when I was younger in dental settings that made me pretty fearful of getting work done + going in general. That being said, I came to a point this last year where I was experiencing some pretty intense dental issues, tooth ache, chips, etc. This office completely flipped my perception and experience with dental care upside down. I love all the staff here they are all seriously the best. They’re patient, kind, and incredibly caring. They always try to prioritize what’s best for patient care, scheduling, and most of all they always remain sensitive to my anxieties with dental care. Every hygienist I’ve worked with has been so kind, personable, and always makes me feel so at ease. I have to give the biggest shoutout to Dr. Ryan because he is seriously THE BEST of the best. His work is incredibly detailed and I appreciate that he’s a perfectionist + genuinely cares about the quality of his work. Even more than that he’s just incredibly caring, he always ensures I have a comfortable and safe experience with getting any work done and it genuinely means the world especially after having some pretty unsavory experiences in the past. I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful dental office — cannot recommend this place enough !

The staff are super great very attentive. You feel comfortable and at home. Considering its a dentist office. I was nervous but the doctor and staff made it so much better. Impeccable customer service as well as Dentistry work.

Walking into this place is like walking into a car dealership! What are they going to try to SELL me today! I have never experienced an office that try’s to upsell at every turn. I’m not sure how anyone can trust their opinion with the amount they try to sell and up charge. BUYER BEWARE take your teeth elsewhere.

Service was great, employees have great attitude and very professional. Had a deep cleaning, I have anxiety with the dentist and they took care of me very well. Checked on me, this is the one time in my life I was ok with the cleaning and didn’t get much anxiety. Thank you

Dentist of Long Beach has been such a pleasant experience. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and scheduling/rescheduling is always easy—Adriana is on top of it and reaches out well in advance. I’ve been doing Invisalign for just under a year to close some gaps, and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. Every visit feels professional and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I only have excellent things to say about this dentist office. They do an excellent job with their actual dentistry work all around. The staff all pay close attention to detail and make sure the patients are comfortable while doing their work. They are incredibly hospitable and make the experience a fun one. A couple of staff that made my experience great were Yesenia and Dr. Ryan. I would definitely recommend Dentist of Long Beach.

I’m terrified of the Dentist and everyone at DoLB were great! Appointments are always easy and flexible. Front desk staff are lovely. Dentists, assistants and hygienists are top notch and people focused! I love my new dentist office. Jesenia, thank you!

Spoke to receptionist, was referred to there other location in the city of Gardena(Dentistry of Gardena). They had me set up an appointment for my son and ran my medical insurance to verify everything prior to appointment date and verification was checked out good and when I arrive to there other location on time I was told durning the waiting time in the lobby that they didn’t have the proper equipment to do the service on my sons mouth for X-rays. This place is a joke. Waisted my time, money, gas and when I told them they need to pay for all these things They refused to remedy the problem they created and amplified from one location to another. They are not honest dentistry’s.
