My son had a great experience at the dentist office. Ana was very nice and helpful . She helped my son start his braces treatment. Everyone in this office is very nice and professional.

Yessenia is the best always demonstrates superb customer service. Also the young lady that was ever so helpful that took time discussing other aspects of the insurance process she was great also. I’ve always been insecure about the condition of my teeth and dreaded visits to new dental offices. Dr. Chu, his hygienists, and entire staff were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable.and I left there with optimism and a game plan. I was in need of an emergency root canal and they were able to see me within an hour of calling. Yery pleasant experience considering, I plan to return and to refer them to friends and family

I had recently a dental implant done by Dr. Giri Palani at his office in RPV. He took time to explain everything and did an excellent job! The whole process was so smooth. Dr. Palani is very knowledgeable , pleasant and works to ensure patient results and satisfaction.He has great dental skills ! He and his office staff are very accommodating . I work in health care & am truly impressed by his dedication to patient care, and professionalism. If you are looking for a top tier dentist in the south bay area , I highly recommend him. His office staff is also very nice and professional. The office is very clean, and top tier . 5 stars to Dr. Palani and Staff !!

I was nervous going in since I’ve had some very painful experiences with dentists in the past. They were very reassuring and accommodating, and affordable to boot. Went in for an extraction expecting to settle in for a few hours. Didn’t even start picturing my happy place before Dr William said “all done”! I was shocked, almost didn't believe it. I came in as a cash patient, but the staff there were so professional and friendly, I changed my insurance plan to ensure they’d be in my network. Thank you Ramon, Fabiana, Jackie and Liss, y’all made my experience amazing

So my perspective is from a person relatively new to LA and needing a dentist but not knowing anything of where to go. The office is nice and was playing 80s music, so far so good. 😁 Front desk reception was very nice. Even helping to locate my insurance, since it wasn't coming up with the typical numbers needed. Then once they found it, they gave the numbers to me, should I decide to go somewhere else. Not what I expected at all, and frankly was a great gesture. Once I was called back for xrays, Marcie was nothing short of amazing. She explained every step of the process and made the process not only quick but very easy. Once I spoke with the doctor, and got a treatment plan, (will update this review with her name as I forgot it), they worked with me on getting everything covered and making sure the out of pocket was as easy for me as possible. During treatment, I really cannot speak highly enough of the doctor, nor of the hygienist. Barely felt anything, even the shot, and if I did, they stopped and made sure to numb the specific area. When it came time to get a temp, Marcie was not only exceptionally fast, but made sure everything fit. I was genuinely surprised, it's clear she has been doing this a while and her expertise is quite refreshing. All in all, I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you are putting off going, because you don't know a good dentist, come here. They were willing to let me go anywhere else, and that means they had something that few other places do, a top-tier staff but at regular people prices.
